This is a very simple tool to use and cost effective considering the cost of other grinders in the past💰A definite advantage over heating the component; to much heat can damage surrounding components and melt surrounding solder and not enough heat can damage soldering pads. The micrometer down-feed a plus and you can use a Dremel grinder that are high speed! If you can fit a logic board or what have you within the throat depth of the unit you can grind anything on a board for removal (non reuse) or use a carbide machining bit. The simplicity of it all !💡
For iphone you dont need the third party ic, take the one from the original broken screen and tranfer to the new display, about the third party ic, iOS will not recognize it as genuine, so... its useless

Крайне точный инструмент, и люфтящее барахло, или как поймать сотку с биением в 5 соток (мб и больше) на машинке и на инструменте и на зажиме. 3 звена которые абсолютно непонятное биение имеют, что может дать колосальную погрешность.

Try to use the MSM download tool
If the phone still shows in the flashing tool then flashing will fix the problem. Otherwise you have to reprogram the ufs chip and it will be okay

In this case you can't use old IC, it would be dust only.
You will get a solid IC atleast in heating method..

@@Integral2128 они спиливают чип с дисплея, чтобы не выпаивать, т.к. есть риск убить дисплей. А чип берут из старого, оригинального дисплея

Pointless tool. Buy no ic original refurbished screens, remove from original bad screen , reball and put on a new screen.

I use the same temp with 30 airflow to put back on.
