What is the exit off the highway for the trail, and the road name, right where you got off the pavement

It would be Lake Street off the 15 fwy. El Coriso is off lake but not really marked.
Follow Lake st around to the 74. A right on Killin will take you to the top of El Coriso. A left at Killin will take you to the ohv park. It’s about ten mile to the park.

Grand Ave. for the start of the video. that first trail is called El Cariso trail. goes up til you hit Ortega Hwy.

So tried to google maps this place all I came u with is “bloody nose trail” 😂 not sure if same anyone have coords I’m in San Diego would like to hit this trail 1day

lol - yeah… same prob here. DIRECTIONS: from lake elsinore go 74 west left on S. Main Divide. continue on that road til you hit Wildomar OHV.
