Excellent presentation. It provides a great deal more information than the manufacturer does. It's also helpful to see someone not on the company's payroll do the testing.
Lord hamMerrrrrcy Mr. C.I. I'm so old school & too old to try new tricks🤣 I like it but not for me. Just hand me yo #8 Lodge, a med high heat, & move outta my way. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Gifts I got, air fryer, in da box, instapot, in da box, so that would be too. BUT, awesome for a new generational cook.🤣🤣🤣 Luv da demo.
Cynthia, you don't have to use the app to run it. It's just an option f I r the tech savvy, and lazy people whi don't want to go out to the kitchen to check on their food lol.
Presentation was great however even though I would be cooking for one 45 minutes is too long I do them in my regular air fryer get more of a crust that I like in medium usually I can have my steak and less than 15 minutes
Did you look at the specs? Obviously this is not expected to cook for 4 people... 3 maybe, 2 perfect. On the plus side, as they work out the kinks on this 2 person machine a 4 person machine is not far behind. I love sous-vide but reverse searing either by pan or grilling is usually annoying. If the time for the whole process is the same as just the sous-vide time then "great". If I can do it all in one device, I'm excited. Time will tell.
@@MrCastIron I'm sure it will, but we both know they already know how much they want for it so just tell us already. It's the deliberately making out that they're still working it out that hacks me off. If you have a product to sell, tell us how much the damn thing is.
Cooking one portion at a time is not acceptable. A family of four has to wait hours for the steaks to cook. The concept is good but the practicality falls short. The manufacturer of this product needs to go back to the drawing board and rethink the design.
Well there is countless people lives alone and this smaller equipment great for us. Larger families has lots of options, Ninja, Cosori, etc makes similar item. Smaller, 1 or 2 person household does not have any other quality options.
For certain a family of 4+ will need a full sized oven and to have a simular effect as this you need a convection/steam oven. However there's a lot less families these days and for 1-2 people it's perfectly fine.
My heart broke at “well done” RIP
Lol! I’m used to it because that’s the way my wife prefers them. Medium for me!
Great video mike thanks for the info have a great rest of your week 👍
Thanks Mr Blue!! Have a great day!!
I am definitely interested in this, and look forward to the Kickstarter release👍 Great review😊
Thanks Bobbi! I think you will like it. I am pretty impressed with it so far.

Your review has been the best , so far. Really good. Covered everything. 👍
Thank you Carolle.
Great video Mike. Thanks.
You’re welcome Larry! Thank you sir!

@@MrCastIron No way. When you bought out da BIGG GUN/CELLPHONE,,,, I knew then,,, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT.🤣🤣🤣🤣
Lol! That app is so cool though
@@MrCastIron I bet it is for a sharp mind, like yours.

I like it,,,,,how much is it?
Thanks Ken. As they get closer to the roll out I think there will be a discount offer.
$359 if you have a discount code could get it for $199
Can it be bought in the EU
No, I think it will be in the US only at first and maybe in other countries later.
Pulled a 187 on that ribeye. Cmon man!
Some people can’t eat bloody meat. Including me. (187 👍🏻💙)
A happy wife is a happy life lol!😂😂If she wants a shoe leather steak that’s what she gets!!
so one steak/40 minutes? I have family of four ...so every of us must take turn to each in 45 min/meal ? :)
you can put 4 steaks upright in there. 45 min in total for 4 steaks. no dirty pan and space to cook the garnish. that seems perfect to me

Are you disappointed in the char?? Wouldn't you yourself like it more if the char was darker and close to a charcoal style sear????
Yeah somewhat but it wasn’t bad.
Good review but should have included the cleaning.
Thanks. Maybe we can on the next video.
Great video. I think if you had let your wife’s steak rest for 5 mins after cooking, it would have been a perfect “well-done”. 😊
Yeah your right Mikey but that girl was hongery lol😂!!
My air fryer cooks great steaks in less time... way less, and I can do more than just one steak.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us my friend! I love the feedback!
that no no no rib-eye, looks more like a round steak, if so a rib-eye, with no bone and never never never lean piece of meat
Looks great but the char disappoints me. Love the machine and the result but the char is a little weak.
Yeah somewhat.
If you want the char
Simply put some melted butter on it and broil it for 5 minutes after it’s cooked
Throw it on a plate and chow down lol!!
@@MrCastIron thanks for the tip
Perhaps cook it rare and do the broiler with butter to avoid over cooking
You’re welcome anytime Steven! Thank you!
*A steak well done should officially be banned!*
Lol! That the way my wife prefers them. I like mine medium!
Steak was steaming hot and he cuts into it 😭😭😭😭😭💔
Lol and it was so good too!
Looks great, but I'm not buying that they don't know how much they're going to be charging for it. Not even a ball park figure.
I think the price will roll out towards the end of this month

I know what you mean! I guess they are trying to build anticipation or something.
@@MrCastIron 100% agree, and I'm not sure I'm prepared to play their silly games.
Launch on May 23rd $199.00 one day only... Then, it trickles up daily to a final $359

The steak was a VERY low quality, not marbled at all for a rib eye!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well all I know is it was very good lol!
