for salone del mobile, thom browne presents a new performance and installation, ‘… time to sleep …’, at the palazzina appiani with frette. the installation imagines the palazzina as an unlikely venue for a nap, as six simple mid-century cots positioned in the center of the hall of honor draw an uncanny relationship to the symmetrical environment of the napoleonic-era space.
debuted within the installation is thom browne by frette, a new homeware collection in collaboration with the italian luxury linen brand. each cot is outfitted in bedding from the collection, detailed with browne’s signature four-bar insignia.
