Then in another panel someone asked what he thought about people shipping Shilo and Graverobber, and then he responded, "I wrote the ship". So yeah. There is apparently something there and in the epilogue it's Shilo who takes the Z from him, so I guess they end up together.
It's Shilo's mother. One of the subplots of the story was Rotti was going to make Shilo earn her cure by going to the Graverobber and getting her cure. That is why she gets scared and throws the needle in the video.

@snowkissxo It doesn't sound like that to me. Shilo needs two things - her cure which Grave Robber doesn't have, and a better light so she can see what she's doing and get him down. But she can get zydrate from the body nearby, which will solve both problems. Grave Robber isn't quite listening up to the point that she says "No, it's like a night light" at which point he understands. So in my opinion, "You're beautiful!" is a bit like "Great idea!" but in a way Grave Robber would say.

Also, notice that the really high part in the beginning isn't in Shilo's usual range, so they probably decided that the song was better not fitting in.
