The founder of a Pinellas County trust fund company that manages funds for people with special needs is accused of taking $100 million and causing the business to file for bankruptcy.

My son’s Special Needs Trust was there since 2009-Current. Not giving us any information except the letter they sent stating my son’s account was effected. We have joined the Civil Law Suit but he is the lowest of the low to steal from disabled children and adults. Put him in jail and throw away the keys

That's my brother, sister in-law and nephew. Its unbelievable that someone would misappropriate funds in a special needs trust this way!

Someone should get in contact with people who do special work . He definitely hid some of the money in offshore accounts and the right people can find those accounts and drain them . If you need help to look in the right direction let me know
