I recently learned that ADD is no longer the accepted term among medical professionals. It's all ADHD now. That covers both issues with focus and issues with attention, of which may be anywhere from strong to weak ability.
Honestly this makes me feel better about my ADD . Instead of a curse it’s kind of a blessing .
