I think Trump is owed time back to him from all of the false claims they made last term, and all of the things they did that kept him from doing his job. Now that their accusations have been proven false, they should prosecute those people for interfering with the United States Governments ability to function. The 25th Amendment would make Harris president until Jan 20th.. good luck getting her out of there at that point. They would make ever ridiculous law suit, getting every crooked judge, to delay his being sworn in. They have already proven that they do not care what the law says. Republicans, Trump included, need to give up this practice of not prosecuting demonrats who break the law. Letting criminals go on unpunished is NOT "taking the high-road", it emboldens them.
