. Hi Brittany, Thank you for demonstrating the process of appliqué using the panel. I believe many of us were missing that part of the process, and you explained it perfectly. As a visual learner, I gain so much more from watching than from reading. Unfortunately, during my search for tutorials on how to appliqué, I often found people explaining the process rather than showing the steps involved. Thank you very much for your efforts. I look forward to watching more of your videos. I think I speak for many of us who have been trying to learn this process: you just saved me a trip to Florida, as I was planning to visit headquarters for a few lessons. You Rock!
That turned out cute. I have a SE 1900 sewing/ embroidery machine. And I watch like I have a multi needle machine. One day I want to upgrade. But I sew for fun. I don’t have a small business.
HI, I discovered your channel and have subscribed. I have the same machine and it is just sitting. I definitely appreciate the fact that you show and explain clearly what button icons that you need to push. Your presentation was very clear and easy to understand, and it has given me hope to use my machine. I learn by both hearing and seeing the technique used. I like the fact that you show clearly what button you are pushing but you also explain why you are pushing that button ion and what it is supposed to do once pushed. Please continue to make these kinds of videos. Would you make a video showing the same kind of detail using a double applique. I would appreciate it.
I'm so happy you found my channel and have found my video very helpful. Don't let your machine sit, you have to use it. The more you use it, the more comfortable you'll get with it. Yes I'll add the double applique to the list ☺️
Brittany, I have the same machine and am just getting started. I'm an old codger. I was looking at the Ricoma laser add-on. What do you think about it? They say it doesn't work on hats, but I think it would work to get you on the center seam. Also, have you looked at the Gen 2 hat hoops? I love Richardson hats and want to become the "hat king" in my area (Houston). Love your vids. They are very well done and you should be proud. I tip my "un-embroidered" hat to you. Thanks.
I don't personally have the laser so not sure on the reviews, also no I haven't looked into the Gen 2 hat hoop haven't even heard of it before but I'll check it out. Thanks for watching my videos it means a lot.
