I was born and raised in Japan for more than 40 years, but I've never seen a foreigner being chased by 91407 Japanese (or even more Japanese with X). I think he is an unprecedented foreigner in Japan.

Hostel is the place she stayed at. It's like a hotel but with alot of roommates that sleep in same room.its way cheaper. So that's where she found them. Alot of people do this if they want company traveling alone.

I just came back from Japan. Loved the country. Yes it is more expensive than south East Asian countries but you get to see the more well developed country. More advanced than the US and Canada.
She still flew on her own, Is living on her own, and will have adventures by herself. They won’t be with her the entire trip and they won’t be going home with her. Learn the definition of “solo travel” just because she traveled alone doesn’t mean she can’t make friends.
