I have the same model, of the same color. This is a KMZ Dnepr MT10 from the mid 70s. Beware of the chinese carb parts: they are often of random dimension, which is not the best for carb setting. For the squeaky noise, this is possibly the carter breather sleeve pin. It is worn, too short and does not move the sleeve. The carter overpressure explains the engine oil leak everywhere. Beware also the oil level and quantity. The conrod main bearings are journal bearings. If the engine loses the oil, the remaining oil overheats and the conrod bearings fail. Use 20w-50 mineral based oil. Also, have time to clean the centrifuge oil filter and the oil ducts inside the crankpins. If the engine works on one cylinder, it is often an ignition short circuit. The mechanical ignition is a disaster. Use ukrainian electronic ignition instead, it is cheap and plug and play.

I have a 2007 Ural Gear Up with 40,000 miles, not kilometers, on it. I've always said it was more fun than you are legally allowed to have. Watch those right hand turns with a sidecar. Drive it like a snowmobile, not a motorcycle.
I had a 650 Gold Flash with a big Watsonian sidecar. Four adults and a baby no problem. It was fifteen bob a year insurance and without the sidecar it was sixteen quid, and could do a hundred miles an hour easy with the sidecar sprocket. The left and right turns are very different and definitely need a bit of practice. But about the best fun you can have.
Wow well done getting it running. Great see the boy back . Bloody hell he did great in the sidecar . Maybe fasten lead your side to stop him trying to jump out . Think he likes to ride rather than run his knackers off chasing you . I watched you for a long time on my big tv but couldn’t work out how to comment. Love your videos. You put a lot of effort into making your quility videos. Look forward to your next video. Cheers Dave
Basically you can steer with the throttle. Accelerating the bike will tend to go around the sidecar, decelerating the opposite, the sidecar tends to go around the bike. Slight lean in sidecar to bike and toe in with the sidecar wheel angled slightly to the bike may help straight ahead steering without the wobble. Assuming most things are tight etc. Steering towards the sidecar may cause the sidecar wheel to lift.
Great work mate, you don't go OTT with it all you do the required basics which is enough to "get em going". Showing a carb rebuild has shown me another aspect as I've always been "oh it'll be ok" and always seen carburettor rebuilding as too much of a mammoth task ..but it's not

Absolutely!!!!
take a winch off a old quad and bolt it on use your jump box for power
That little button on the carb is called a "tickler", and it is used for cold starting. It does allow a bit of gas to go right into the cylinder.
Good call! That's right… I've heard that term before and had forgotten all about it. "Tickler".... YES!!!
Yes, lots of cars had ticklers on their carburettors, they didn't always work though !

Yes it pushes down the floater to open the fuel line.

Good to see Vinnie again. Vin cam just like Mortske!
Somethings squeaking pretty bad 😂😂 you crack me up lol
Ol’ Vinny is a great trooper; he needs a little windshield 👍
Fantastic Joe, looks like Vinny is on tour 👍
Pretty cool old bike, great job getting it running!
Great video. Vinnie is the coolest!
Awesome Vinny! You and Vinny will have to enter a cycle-side car race. And get Vinny a little helmet!
Great video mate !
Absolutely love the bike !
I have a 2007 Ural Gear Up with 40,000 miles, not kilometers, on it. I've always said it was more fun than you are legally allowed to have. Watch those right hand turns with a sidecar. Drive it like a snowmobile, not a motorcycle.
Get yourself a hand crank boat winch and mount it to the trailer. Could make your life a little easier. Love the videos.
Nice, thanks for sharing!
Cheers Dave
Oh man you bringing back memories.
Just a suggestion wenches up front and chain if you want to link to together to draw up a heavy load, just a thought.
love that sound . Very cool project
You need to get a temp gun. Check cylinders for heat to compare.
Great idea.
