Welcome back guys! I've got a friend from Turkey I work with that has told me that I need to get to Turkey and try this. The price is rather reasonable. What an experience! The arid landscape is gorgeous. Epic video guys.
Interesting video and trip! I too have as a great passion of mine to travel. Decades ago, I was one of the first tourists to travel throughout eastern Turkey. At one point, I was sick and sat for a while on the sidewalk up against a building. There were as many as 60 people who had stopped to stare as they had never seen a western before. A couple of them came up and touched me on the shoulder. I think to see if I was real. I'm looking forward to watching more of your 3 years of traveling. Have a wonderful day!

Your excitement is palpable! I have only ridden in a hot air balloon once and we were the only balloon in the air. Seeing so many other balloons up in the sky with you during sunrise is magical. Thanks for the great tip on paying for extra space & getting a corner spot in the basket. Great video as always!
@@exploreaswego There is a hot air balloon company in Galena, Illinois just a few minutes from the Mississippi River. It is a beautiful area with rolling hills, it will be gorgeous in a few weeks when the fall leaves start turning. I have also heard that the Black Hills is a great place to do hot air balloon rides.

Personally we can't imagine it being ANY tighter since there were more baskets with more people and Wedee is claustrophobic and afraid of heights. Not a good combo! HAHA.
