- The business end of the season is upon us, so Elma, Scaz & Mo are taking a peek behind enemy lines at StoneX Stadium. A home semi-final is yet to be booked for Saracens, so the girls are joined by two of their forward pack, Georgia Evans & Donna Rose, to discuss what’s to come… including a match up against Mo’s unbeaten Gloucester-Hartpury. They also get into Wales’ Six Nations, the hate the girls received on social media & their upcoming WXV2 qualification match. Oh & Donna makes Elma blush, Scaz gets obsessed with a cupboard, & Mo can’t believe she was given a bird book. Twit-twoo.

Loved this pod so much, the amount of topics covered and the honest and vulnerability shown by Donna and Georgia ❤❤❤
So many wonderful laughs, but also some heartfelt moments talking Wales rugby, social media etc. ❤
Yet another superb pod, full of great, great content. Massive respect to Donna and Georgia for their honesty about the tough campaign they had on and off the pitch.

The good news ladies, is you get a little bit older again, and you don't give a stuff.
Shaming on media is divisive without doubt but , if you personally see it as true it can incite change from yourself . In the majority of times it is in ignorance of the player , the team and the game but , most players know what they need to do and do not appreciate bad comment as opposed to factual opinion on the tactics of that particular match which in turn are managerial responsibility . The player does his or her best to play their best as tactfully asked .
Shaming on media has absolutely no part in our sport. If you have a tactical opinion or observation that's fine but personal attacks - defintely not, no matter how frustrated you may be! If those that are posting shaming/hating content are that good they would be out there themselves. The players, coaches & officials that we see on TV are at the top of their sport. The vast majority of posters online have never, and will never, play to that level and so have little idea of what is required to perform at the top or the fine margins involved. Let's face it, the levels of abuse & vitriol on media and the touchlines even at grass roots level seems to be increasing and it is up to all of us as players, supporters or officials to call out those that do it and educate them.
