- George Wagner IV - along with his mother Angela, father George "Billy" Wagner and brother Edward "Jake" Wagner - is accused of shooting and killing the Rhoden family members "execution-style." The family's bodies were found on April 22, 2016. He faces eight charges of aggravated murder, along with other charges associated with tampering with evidence, conspiracy and forgery.

GOOD JOB TABITHA!! You held your own gracefully against that slug of a defense attorney. Your presence seemed to cause quite the stir in little Georgie. First time I've seen any life in that mama's boy since the trial began. Thank God you're alive, free and rid of those Wagner monsters. God bless you sweet girl!!

I hope Tabitha reads all these comments and see's how many people believe her and have sympathy for what she was put through! She was very smart not to go to Alaska and very brave to be able to leave her child, knowing it would save both his and her lives! She is a very strong young lady! To be able to go right up to someone's face and assassinate them, shooting them multiple and several times in the face and head, especially while holding young toddlers and infants and even over killing them, is absolutely horrendous! They are all very cruel, cold hearted people, who deserve to rot in hell, not a jail cell!
Tabitha, we support you. I’m sorry you had to endure this cross examination but you did an amazing job. The only thing the defense accomplished was looking like a snake. Your testimony will help the jury see this family for what they truly are.
I am very impressed that Tabitha has recovered enough from the abuse she suffered at the hands of the wagoner’s to testify witty such clarity. She went though so much and is truly a brave survivor. The defense attorney has not been able to discredit her. She was sleeping in George’s bed when she was 11. It might have better if George had gotten a better attorney.

I do wish Tabitha had elaborated on her answers. She was very short with responses and the jury could have heard much more about this messed up family. She held her own with the defense, though.

This poor woman! You actually can feel her pain still after all these years. I am crying my eyes out for her. That whole family needs the needle. The State of Ohio messed up by the two plea agreements because that mother definitely needed the death penalty. I used to be a CO in state Prison I work in mens pen in Ohio we only have 1 woman’s and let me tell you the stories I’ve heard out of that place.. I hope ole mommy dearest gets her stuff tore up every day! I can’t believe that abuse that this woman suffered through! Then they murder 8 other people?
I think the state accepted the pleas just to avoid the complexities of having 4 jury trials in a small town, against one family. It would have been like having practically two years of an entire counties jury pool for 1 family...Besides the trauma of these witnesses having to testify in 4 trials.
They got a gift by Jake's plea. I am surprised only 30 yrs for Angela though.
Believe me everyone from pike county to Adam’s to brown and Cincinnati hates her. All over our state and the world. The Ohio woman’s prison won’t take lightly to her.

It's so sad but children that are molested at a young age often display inappropriate affection for others. There is a hole that can't be filled without a lot of therapy. For Tabitha to be raped at such a young age, then at age 11 she was given to George as sexual playtoy/gift, was just another abuse. She never had a chance. Of course, she was looking for "real love" and I'm not surprised she thought she had found it in a much older man. Not once did she have an adult that she could count on to keep her safe. Every adult she came in contact with used and abused her for their own gratification. I hope her and her sister have gotten help. They deserve all the happiness and safety they can get.
Does the defense have one single female working with them? Tabitha is amazing and strong after so many years of abuse by people who should have protected her. Defense messed up with this line of questioning to a victim of child abuse. Damnnnnn!
Brave and compelling the testimony of this woman. Sheds light on how this family had a pattern of destroying alienating yet another mother and her child. Confident if she didn’t run away she wouldn’t have lived to speak today.
How Angela isn’t serving life without parole is a miscarriage of justice. She shouldn’t be able to walk free. 8 murders and she walks away free to plot a murder again. Unreal.
I Love how the Defense is trying to suggest that an 11 year old has the autonomy to decide where she lives, have sex in an effort to Have/Have NOT babies, and that because you cheated on your bf at some point it basically means you loose your right to freedoms because you "Chose" to stay in the relationship.

90% of the testimony so far has nothing to do with George being involved in the murders, totally irrelevant and I’m surprised the judge hasn’t intervened, the defense is too stupid to object
She's working on 4 cases, all impacting one another. She's not going to review tapes, she only has time to take notes once + move on.

Another thing is… when George decided to work on the relationship w her it didn’t give him the right to rip her rights away. This young woman was so impressive. I hung off her every word. My favorite line, “Because I’m blonde.” I do wish that they would give the female prosecution a microphone that she can wear, because some of her questions were inaudible and she has a tendency to wander away, which makes it even worse and it’s very distracting. I’m surprised that the jury can hear everything.
