Except when you try to rescue a woman from being kidnapped & end up accidentally switching hats with the dead kidnapper, then looting his corpse when you attempt to regain your hat, all as you pathetically attempt to get the woman off the man's horse only to turn around as the horse rides away with the woman, never to be seen again. Special thanks to Rockstar for making sure all these things clumped together in a specific spot don't interfere with each other and cause you to accidentally do the wrong thing....Oh, wait...nevermind.
Or how about when you slip & fall off a mountain to your death as your incompetent to a fault character fails to navigate a simple slight incline on a rock. I'm out of shape & clumsy and I can climb rocks better than Morgan. Must be the boots, eh, Rockstar? ;)

I was in the middle of class when this trailer came out and when i watched it i literally almost flipped out of my chair when i heard Rob Wiethoff/John Marston talk
Was doing a shift at work and nearly had an OMG look on my face and people wondered what it was and I couldn’t explain took me a while to get it together. Being honest most didn’t understand but the ones who did had that same OMG face lol 😂.

I noticed in this trailer made it look like it was Arthur vs everybody, especially at the end when Sadie tells him to do what he's told to do, John asks him about loyalty and Dutch yells that "it's us or him", and then the shot proceeds to show Arthur riding a horse and aiming his rifle towards the camera making it look like Arthur is fighting/betraying his gang while the actual game isn't really like they show it in this trailer. Still an amazing game and one of my favorite and cannot wait for it to release on PC.
They did that so your expectations would be as far away from the actual game, which is a great marketing strategy

The online had potential to be good too. But it looks like rockstar gonna do this thing were the story mode is great but the online is monetized to hell.

It's pretty cool how Rockstar Games still use that deep gravely voice used for a lot of their trailers.
If I recall correctly, his first gig at Rockstar was in the first GTA San Andreas trailer back in 2004.

IIRC he's actually a guy that Lazlow knows. He's also been featured in every GTA since III on the radio, and was the imaging voice for Opie & Anthony and even Lazlow's real radio show.
I wish Lazlow could be in this game too, at least a cameo.

Five years later and still my favorite game of all time, the amount of times i have replayed this and the first game is amazing.
And the story is like a billion hours. Still replayed it like 5 times

I didnt the first playthrough but rhen after playing a while longer, I noticed that keeping things standard sometimes feel legendary

My theory is that Arthur gets out, fakes his death or something, changes names, and john never mentions him because he doesn't want the feds on him.
Brandon Duncan what if so many years later Jack and Abigail manage to find Arthur. Like maybe he was hiding somewhere the feds didn’t know about do John never mentions him, and Arthur teaches Jack how to shoot? It’s a long shot but I think it would be a cool epilogue

This game delivered on every promise, and then some. It genuinely is as brilliant as it looks. Thanks to every member of Rockstar's dev team for bringing me my all-time favourite game.
I just finished chapter 6 (don't worry, no spoilers). Honestly, the hype for this game was the biggest I have ever seen. I did think maybe that all of us might have overhyped it and expected too much but somehow, someway rockstar once again exceeded it for me. I don't understand how we could hype this game up SO much and it is still better than I expected. This game is the definition of a masterpiece and truly shows what gaming can be. I haven't been so emotionally invested in so many characters since like MW2 days or BO1. All these game developers getting rid or single player and EA saying no one wants it anymore, Rockstar has shown that people clearly do.

I cried at the ending of this game. The music. The last ride. It was so... so sad. Played the story over 10+ times again. So good. Best. Game. EVER.

Gyrofrax it was a mini game. Over hyped because of money and controlling the masses with hype media. Fantastic gameplay but 20 hours is a fuggin joke.

As usually people misreading everything. It was never confirmed to be 60 hours. That’s most likely the whole game. Think logical.
I think what they're getting at is that total content of Spiderman is 20 hours including story and side activities all together so it felt like an arcade game which it kinda is especially considering how easy of a platinum trophy'able game it is
It’ll be even longer than that. With all the traveling you can do and side activities it’ll def take a while. Unless you no life it to finish first just so you can say you did I guess.

I bought this game without knowing anything about Rockstar not to mention RD1. One day, I was searching keeping horse games on Google, and I found RD2. The graphics looked so good that I decided to buy it. The moment I purchased RD2 at a store, I didn't know that this game would take my heart. After finishing this game, I start the second playthrough, wanting to see Arthan Morgan and his fellows again....
