    I remember seeing this used, in the film, "The Scent of Green Papaya". When the husband was I'll. I wondered what these little things on the ends of the acupuncture needles were, and why they were burning them. Interesting. Thanks for info.

    I have a lot of heat myself, and have used moxa to clear heat on points like LI-11. It has helped, at least in the short term (haven’t tried it for an extended period b/c of the smoke, mainly).

    i have had 4 acupuncture treatments, with moxa needles. sadly still no pain relief

      go to a skilled acupuncturist and believe in the treatment............................ i am studying tcm it is more complicated than western med.........
