  • Russia's ambassador to Britain has told the BBC he does not believe his country will use tactical nuclear weapons in the war against Ukraine.
Andrei Kelin said that according to Russian military rules, such weapons are not used in conflicts like this.
He also described allegations of war crimes in the town of Bucha as "a fabrication".
And he called UK Foreign Secretary Liz Truss "very belligerent" and inexperienced.

I wish the interviewer had told him and showed him the "full story" of this incident. A group of russian soldiers drove up to a car dealership near kyiv in a white VAN they had marked with spray cans. They started to break into the dealership. The two, rather elderly, security guards then came to see what was going on and had a talk with the soldiers, shared a cigarette even. Then the security guards walked away, and as you saw, the two soldiers turned back around and shot the two men. One of the men had survived and got up after a few minutes. Bleeding heavily he went into their small office to call for help. A few ukrainian soldiers, who were vastly outmanned, made their way their to save the man, but he eventually bled to death. There is footage of this too. And there is footage inside the car dealership where the soldiers took off their gear, looted the place and drank alcohol. I know you don't need to believe me, I am writing this for the people who don't know about this incident. Thisis the video: ruclips.net/video/1GUrNPPTSWM/видео.html

USA has not officially declared war on or been at war with any country since around ww2, yet no one would dare try to really sanction them thus everyone, including US diplomats, call them wars despite officially not being wars even Iraq, Afghan, Vietnam etc....
It's basically just politics, they are wars yet not, partly because of all the laws involving wars now (ie: it actually was illegal to declare war in the examples above), it's a worldwide phenomenon that countries try not to officially call their wars "war".

you can say the same thing about usa as usa nuked japan
After 19 years since the beginning of the invasion of Iraq, has the West forgotten this war?
The Iraq war is said to have resulted in 1 million deaths the difference is russia have weapons of mass destruction
A message to the future generations never make russia feel threatened
the difference between "looking dangerous" and "being dangerous".Russia
describes military doctrine as defensive military doctrine. With regard
to nuclear weapons specifically, Russia reserves the right to use
nuclear weapons: in response to the use of nuclear and other types of
weapons of mass destruction against it or its allies,in case of
aggression against Russia with the use of conventional weapons when the
very existence of the state is threatened
Russia has the World's Largest Bomber
As of 2022, the Federation of American Scientists estimates that Russia possesses 5,977 nuclear weapons, while the United States has 5,428; Russia and the U.S. each have about 1,600 active deployed strategic nuclear warheads.
Russia has the most nuclear weapons of any country, at 6,257. Of these, 1,458 are active, meaning they are already deployed, 3,039 are available (can be deployed if needed) and 1,760 are retired (out of use and awaiting dismantlement
How do Russian nuclear weapons compare to the rest of the world?
      Russia - 6,257
      America 5,550
      UK - 225
      France - 290
      China - 350
      Israel - 90

sar Bomba, (Russian: “King of Bombs”) , byname of RDS-220, also called Big Ivan, Soviet thermonuclear bomb that was detonated in a test over Novaya Zemlya island in the Arctic Ocean on October 30, 1961. The largest nuclear weapon ever set off, it produced the most powerful human-made explosion ever recorded.
Russia's Tsar bomba: World's most powerful nuclear weapon of mass destruction. The Tsar bomba exploded about 4 km above the ground and reportedly produced a mushroom cloud 60 km high
However, the Soviet Union developed three AN602 physics packages at 101.5 megatons (Mt) and these are more powerful than the Tsar Bomba, which was downscaled to 51 Mt before being used RDS-220 Vanya.
it was modified to yield 50 megatons, which was estimated to be about 3,800 times the strength of the U.S. bomb dropped on Hiroshima during World War II
The declassified study from the scientists at the Los Alamos laboratory, published in 1947 had first shed light on the question that how many nuclear bombs it would take to destroy the world. According to the study, it would take about ten to a hundred 'super nukes' to end humanity

@@justsain3236 I'd rather assume, that Russia will FAIL to achieve their "best thing to do now". I prefer this not only for the sake of justice (with Russia being a criminal aggressor), but also because Putins "operation", i.e. the war, is bringing tragedy to the Ukraine. And the misfortune of the Russian army will generally not threat Russian itself, but only their "military honor" (not counting the soldiers, who have already died).

If your Ukrainian but want to live under Russian control move to Russia. I’m polish and living in America. If I desired to live under polish government I can’t expect Poland to come invade America to protect my polish identity conversely if I became disillusioned with America and desire to live in Poland then doesn’t it make sense that I pack my bags and move to Poland. If it does, after death, rather than the living Hells his countrymen have created in Ukraine; he will be going straight there. After death. Maybe straight after a heart attack in an interview where his body can’t stand the strain of the truth/lie conflict anymore. Straight to hell. He should read about it. It’s an awful place. What happened in Bucha will be shown to him, over and over again. For eternity. Plus much worse. Short term planning, that’s the problem here.
