This was super helpful to hear her describe her “unwinding”
Cuz that’s what I’m experiencing now as well. It’s only been 2 months and I’m experiencing a marked improvement. I will tell you, for a few days after my last treatment I felt Like I’d been run over by a truck and backed over me a couple times for giggles. Sooo much better now tho, I’m reporting on the Pudendal neuralgia groups.

Wow thank you Jan. I had another person experience such which surprises me given that the work is very gentle and is corrective. You make a good point in that healing can continue a few months after intervention. Thank you for posting in the groups. best regards, jerry

I have sacrum pain and mainly low left lumbar pain with inner or medial upper 1/3 soft tissue femur pain for two + years. Unsteady gate walking and I always get pull to left with my body and foot which cause more pain from the neck down and my upper ankle bone tarsal area get a jam stuck feeling. When I get pull to the side it seem like ether the right or left leg is longer but my doctor said no. It looks longer to me at the end of the day. Very difficult and exhausting to walk plan forward with both feet for more than a 1/3 of a block. Could this foam block technique help? I been using the MELD long roller vertically supine that doesn't dissolved this problem could I use MELD Foam roller horizontally across the wall instead of the one you are describing? I wish I can come to you personally, my bucket list, been to a chiropractor for four treatment recently and he just used the hammer gum up and down my lateral spine and pelvis. My hold pelvis and low back in severe pain and swollen for two weeks now, been using ice pack and cool to cold shower not going back. Thanks so much for this video.

Sorry to hear if your healthcare practitioner clears you to use meld roller than give it a try. Sounds like your injury has more complexity even if you do truly have a “sacral torsion”.

Typically sacral torsion presents similar to other types of mechanical sacroiliac dysfunction including pain at the lumbosacral and sacroiliac area on one side. Hands on eval necessary for diagnosis. Hope this is helpful to you.

Push it till motion stops by tightening surrounding soft tissues so now further motion is isolated mostly in the joint
