If you want to build one like this , this so called architect will rip you off with their exorbitant rate and , too much bossy attitude of these fellows …… many of them are copy cats from Pinterest , Oversease architecture magazines They will charge you very high fees , this is his own home that why he reduced and utilised maximum and save his pocket …. Call him he will tell you the 4-5 lakhs fees for a 2000 sqft home
