Welcome back to RUclips! (its been a few months??) Always fun how to see how the sausage is made. Video is the raw food ingredients, editing is the prep work, effects and music are the spices.
Or so it seems to me. There are some reality shows that there would not be enough money in the universe for me to ever even think of editing. I would choose death first. Of course, my pro resume is mainly making government videos which make you want to put burning sticks in your eyes and I'll NEVER do that again!

All these reasons are why reality TV is such a bummer.
Annnnd you def don't get only 3-4 "dopamine" rushes on a film. Those aren't the only time things are happening for our characters...

They’re more like guided. Cast members figure out quickly that if they are boring they are gone. So everyone is a heightened version of themselves.
