@@VinceRocca We live on SSI so we don't buy any non essentials and that certainly includes zoodles :-) Yoly hates shopping, especially buying clothes and is extremely pragmatic.
Hey Vince and Deanna. I like extra firm organic tofu. I like to cook it with flaxseed oil. I eat it for breakfast in a wheat flour tortilla. That little dog takes her walk seriously. @@Zootech24 No problem. If you are a spicy girl, use diced jalapenos. I use cumin, garlic, low sodium soy sauce, sweet orange sauce (1 tsp), onions or the powder, salt, and black pepper. In this recipe, the tofu is crumbled and resembles eggs. Cook it until all the water is out. You will know. It will start to scramble like eggs. Warm wheat tortillas in oven. Enjoy. So Cal temp has been wonky. Yesterday was a high of 64. So the pool is still too cold. Hopefully that will change in the next few weeks.
I have some bags of soy nuts. They're so bland!

I feel like all soy products may be bland and need spices to make them yummy.
