Here's how i switch out eyeglass lenses on plastic frames

i had a spare pair of frames so i switched my lenses out after sleeping on them and bending them. Frames also were scratched and chipped up so needed replaced. The dog food bowl was clean and sitting there when I was looking for something to submerge the glasses.
