Excellent episode! Didn’t realize Steve was friends with Bob Katz. I studied engineering under Bob in the late 70s in nyc. Bob is an unrecognized engineering genius. The dialog today illustrates an important aspect of understanding audio aspects that are misinterpreted constantly. Proper vocabulary and definition of concepts is so vital to the understanding and communication in the art of sound reproduction. You then can gain new insight into your music.
