I have naturally curly hair, I use all curlsmith hair products aswell. They are very expensive but well worth the money. 💖
I have naturally curly hair as well. I started using Curlsmith products 2 years ago and my hair has never looked or felt better! I agree, it is expensive, but I feel like it's totally worth it, considering how much my hair has significantly improved with these products.
Great video Gina. I really appreciate your in-depth reviews. They are always informative and helpful. 👍🏼💛
Finally an in depth review of the intense treatment serum.
Thank you Gena xxx
Thank you. I NEEDED this!!
Thank you for all the curly info & Curlsmith comparison reviews! I'm new to wearing my natural grey 2B, 2C, 3A(slight) hair & am just trying Curlsmith as well. 🙂
I love this !!! It’s super helpful. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Yes please do a deep conditioner one!!! Thank you so much for all of this information. I had such a hard time deciding between them on my own, but this was extremely helpful.
Thanks for sharing your opinion of the 3 products. I've never tried an oil on my hair and def going to look into the shine oil for dry detangling since I have wet detangled a lot.
Can always depend on your videos to teach me something new❣️
That means so much! Thank you! 🥰
Thanks for this video as I have been curious about these oils. I do use several other curlsmith products and currently use verb ghost oil and the innate life rose oil and scalp treatment which I do enjoy
Thanks Gena Marie!..
Hello Gena I ❤ all your Videos and enjoy each one of them. They are a great help. 😊 I've had bad experience with oils. But the curlsmith shine oil, seems to be suitable for my hair. I'll try it. 😁 Thank you for the recommendation. 😘
It’s so lightweight!
I find the treatment serum interesting, and have looked at many times. I have fine to medium hair and mixed waves and curls and dry grays. I love the idea of a touch up for dry ends and flyaways and wonder if this would also tame dry gray wiry curls. You know, just melt a little between my fingers and slide it on. Thanks for the review, Gena.

I love the bonding oil for SOTC. I leave some cast in because that works better for FL humidity than any oil after fully scrunching it out. With this oil I feel like I get the best of both worlds & love the shine!
What's SOTC?

Thanks for breaking this down! I have so far only tried two types of finishing oil and will need to purchase a new one soon but had no idea what to really look for other than knowing Verb, Curlsmith and Olaplex are highly recommended.
Yeah I still need to try the Verb one!
I alternate but my best is curlsmith oil.
I LOVE the Verb Ghost oil. For me, it's lightweight enough to use every day when preparing for the day, it's not greasy at all and much more cost effective when compared to Curlsmith. It is the best
I would love to see a comparison of the Curlsmith shampoos and conditioners.
Great video! Would love a break down of curlsmith shampoos and conditioners!
Yes, definitely need to do that!
Well timed info. I was just considering oil and if I should ever even use it. My hair is wavy and so fine and sparse that it tends to just look greasy and stringy if I use oils.
I was looking at Breahni products. Have you ever used those? How do they compare to Curlsmith products for low density wavies?
Thanks gina😊
I have high-porosity high and its not damaged at all I have never bleached my hair and I don't add heat to my hair so it isn't hair damaged that isn't always the case for people with high porosity hair have 3b 3c curls and my hair is fine
Thanks!
Hi, Curl Smith Deep Conditioners please, and thank you
I use this I just don't go mad. I've got fine hair but lots of it!! (Intensive serum)
The bonding oil is amazing
Not tried the shine oil yet
If you use the bonding oil as a prepoo would you apply the bond repair afterwards before shampooing??
Can you recommend a product for chemo hair? I have naturally curly hair and going through chemo right now. My hair isn’t falling out but it’s horribly dry.
Hi I have been strictly following curly girl method and do not use shampoo for over 3 years now and stay away from any silicone but throughout this period I also refrain from using any oils. Could you please advise wherether I would be able to wash with conditioner or water with lemon juice if I use one of those oils, please
Can the bonding oil be used on wet hair before blow drying?
I have somewhat fine 2c/3a hair. However.. I have a section in the front right side., a good part of my front that I’m getting a good amount of greys. My hair texture is changing. More coarse and definitely more curly. I’m also getting coarse kinky type ringlets that are forming around my ear/hairline. This section needs more. I’ve been using the innate life oil and gosh I love it!!! However.. it’s not as easy to get my hands on and doesn’t last as long as I’d like. I’m looking for another product to add. The innate oil really hydrates without weighing me down. I use it as a pre poo. My hair is always curlier after I use it. I’m thinking of trying the curl smith serum. It looks like it would last a very long time which would be a big plus for me. Your thoughts ? Thank you
Yes, it definitely last long! I have coarse and gray areas and the Curlsmith oils helps soften them.
@@GenaMarie Do you think the serum does a good job of hydrating ?
I was using coconut oil for my pre poo. I have very course hair. What are your thoughts on that? Thank so much!
I don't love coconut oil because it makes the hair feel even more brittle, not ideal for coarse hair.
@@GenaMarie thank you so much!!
I have 2c/3a, medium texture, medium porosity hair, medium to high density hair. Do you think shine oil would be the best for me??
Yes! I think the shine oil is ideal for all hair types
@@GenaMarie Thank you!! Also I have two random questions, do I need to use leave in conditioner AND moisturizer. Also are moistures and creams the same?
Help pls , my hair is curly on the top (3b-3c)of my head but on the sides and the back are like a 2b ,, How can i fix it
That serum is more like a grease. I tried it in quite a few ways and it still weighed down my hair and I have 3b, high density curls.
How often should someone with fine curly hair wash their hair?
It all depends on certain factors like how oily your scalp naturally is, what types of products you use, and your lifestyle. Some people can only go two days, and some people with very dry here I can go seven days. I would just avoid every day
Anyone have any recommendations for how to deal with curly hair after a workout? My hair accumulates quite the sweat, so I was wondering what’s the best option? Maybe wear a headband? What do y’all recommend?
I have a video about it here with different protective hairstyles 😊 ruclips.net/video/nAG_0HmRNfg/видео.html
@@GenaMarie thank you so much!!
I read that the Bond Oil has protein and the Shine Oil does not. Do you find that to be the case?
Yep! I explain that in the video too.
How do I deal with dandruff while taking care of my curly hair?
I recommend the Curlsmith Detox Kit: bit.ly/3eH7rsG
Definitely deep conditioners!
You look like a young Amy Jo Johnson aka Kimberly, the pink ranger
What is a "cast"?
The feeling you get in your hair when dries after using a gel with hold. That's what you want for frizz protection and definition.
Thanks!
Not just for this video, but thank you for all your great videos and the hard work you do. ♥️
Aw thank you!
