It's hard to eat clean. I'm used to... Wait for it... Ice cream... Everyday... The whole tub. I used to have around 3,000 calories a day at 12 years old at 4 foot 8 and 80 something pounds. But that was when I was in gymnastics. Now that I'm out, my body is so used to eating that much that I always have the urge to keep on going even when I'm full. I added cinnamon and cocoa powder, also pinch of vanilla extract to mine. Turned out to be rubber cake (probably because mine's kinda liquidy). It's oddly good though
I was so excited about you workouts, I decided to stay and watch the food portion. It's great! After working out with you for almost 2 hours, my hip that I have been rehabbing for the past year feels much better. I'm hooked, Keep up the good work .

And yesterday, on my birthday, my brother and his girlfriend gave me 4 books with and all about healthy and clean recipies! I actually tried this cookie! I was trying to follow the ingredients but then I forgot to put an egg in the batter. DX BUT it still tasted AWESOME!!!! It still holds itself sorta well, but the texture is different, I like this texture though! :DDDD It's cuz peanut butter is thick, so if you have a smooth texture, it might be overwhelming. But now its more like dry, I like it! I know 100% IF I put an egg this would have tasted amazing, but even without an egg, it still tastes wonderful in my tummy!

Really liked this. Just began my weight loss/ gluten free journey and I have been really craving something sweet. This did the trick. I used whole oats and added a little almond flour. It took 2 minutes in my microwave but it turned out nice. Not too sweet. Just what I needed to keep me from cheating. Thanks for the recipe.
I'm in college and I eat oatmeal everyday and go through a jar of peanut butter a month. Having organic peanut butter is a suggestion because she is trying to make it as healthy as possible. Any peanut butter will work. Also, the majority of college students have junk because it is "cheaper" when in reality you can buy a lot of healthy things for cheap too. It is all about how you invest your money. Trader Joe's is amazing for snack foods but you can get most things at regular grocery stores. You'd be surprised by the amount of college kids that care about nutrition.

Really? Mine turned out quite soft/moist. It's not crispy like a cookie. It was more like a flat peanut butter cake. (Still good though). Maybe you cooked it too long?
Just try mixing it harder before and microwave lesser.also let it cool to give it the crunchy texture of a cookie.I did this and on my sec try my cookie tasted like a cookie
It is way harder to eat clean for me because there are just so many quick, easy but ultimately unhealthy options out there, and those darned cravings are just so hard to ignore! But whenever I give in to temptation and have an unhealthy meal or snack, I make sure I train extra dirty to burn it all off! Thanks so much Cassey for the push and motivation! Just tried this :) I used crunchy hazelnut butter which added a lovely texture, and I also drizzled a tiny bit of chocolate on top to add a little more sweetness. It was delicious!
Replaced the oats with whole wheat flour, put a little honey on top instead of stevia, and used skim milk instead of almond milk because that's just what I had. Still came out really good!
Hey Cassey! I'm just answering your question. To me it's so so much harder to eat clean just because some elements of food are hard to get and are not always available when you need it and sometimes it has a bad rep for tasting bad most of the time because some people don't understand that you can easily incorporate other things and make it taste even better.
I find it harder to eat clean, especially since I'm still living at home and my family aren't that supportive. But I still try my hardest, love you cassey!! :) xx
i made this today and they came out so yummy!! they were soo chewy and tasted like a cookie! the only downside to it was i couldnt pick it up and eat it like a cookie it broke and crumbled but it tasted sooooooooooooo yummy:3 will be making this again this is my new go to snack!

A couple of years ago i would have said it was too difficult to do either. After finding your blog and realizing how unhealthy I was as well as how it was affecting me, I decided to make a change. I try to walk and run every day, and throw a couple of toning days in at the gym throughout the week. However, the thing that has been the most beneficial to me is the clean eating. Recently I have become a pescetarian. This has made life easier. So in conclusion, it's harder to train dirty. :)
It's harder for me to train dirty! I love the feeling I get after working out, but it's the fact that I have to set aside time to actually do it! My school schedule keeps me super busy, and I wish I just had a few more hours in the day. I made them in the, but I put them on the oven, I made 2 and in the middle for the cream I mixed PB2 with unsweetened cocoa, 1tsp almond milk and stevia. WOW!! BEST Healthy Cookie cream ever!!!

I think both are definitely difficult, but in terms of living with a family, to eat clean is much harder especially if youre not the one paying for the groceries, I always have to convince my parents about avoiding the processed but my siblings also love their cookies, thus having it constantly available at my home with training dirty all you need is convincing is yourself and a lot of will power!
I feel like 'pre-blogilates' me would have said training hard is harder, but now that I've learned to love working out I guess eating clean is mildly more difficult. But I have learned to not feel guilty when I 'slip', which I'm so happy about!
working out dirty makes me feel better and lighter but eating clean is not always that easy because it does require some cooking time which is a luxury for me, but with your recipes it's become more possible

It is definitely harder to eat clean!! It is so easy and fulfilling to be able to plan and cook my own meals during the school hols, but when term starts & the stress kicks in, clean eating suddenly gets a lot harder than doing single-legged burpees. and that's saying something. hahaha. so currently I'm focusing on portion control, working out daily & loving it :) (I LOVE BLOGILATES CASSEY DON'T YOU EVER STOP MAKING WORKOUT VIDEOS!!!
I think it's both. But, most likely eating clean, cuz a lot of the times my dad cooks, and he;s never open to my suggestions of your recipes! But, training dirty can be complicated for me sometimes too :( I don't always sweat, which bugs me. Maybe it's cuz I have my own air conditioner in my room, and its a good temperature? I don't know, but it really also makes me feel like I haven't accomplished much. So, yeah. But, I love you and your videos and they really have helped me come far!

Hey cassey for me its harder to eat clean because I'm from new york and im always surrounded by delicious food at every corner of the street like pizza, bagels, subs, cookies , ice cream, French fries its really hard being 15 and not eating none of that but with all your great motivation I've been able to hold up the cravings and eat healthy food and move on
OHMYGURD I TRIED IT AND YUM. What I was craving exactly! And the good thing is, I am way too lazy to make another so yeah for not over eating! XD Don't add too much peanut butter, honey is heaven with it and I suggest if you found your own oats- leave little bits in for texture. Mine was fluffy and nutty- so delicious.
I LOVE having peanut butter just straight out of the jar. It's soooo good. Only prob is I can't stop eating it! And I find it's easier to eat clean than train dirty.

it came out like a pancake for me as well (next time, add more oat flour to the mix) and i added nutella on top omg it was sooo good. i know it sort of breaks the whole healthy purpose of this but oh well
I just tried it but I accidently used the yolk instead of the white :/ and I substituted silk's coconut milk. It was actually really good. It would definitely be great with frozen greek yogurt.
It's way harder for me to eat clean, because I always push myself and train dirty every time I work out. But when I get stressed, the cravings start calling. It'll be easier to eat clean since I have this cookie recipe now!!
its harder for me to eat clean because ive never liked veggies! So I try to workout as much as possible, but I don't push myself past my limits cause I remember when I first started your workouts the next morning I couldn't even move! But I know I could be losing like 2x the amount of weight if I also dieted so it's going pretty slow right now. My big brother's wedding is in October so I gotta step it up!

I substituted the oat flour for rolled oats and the stevia for brown sugar but it still tasted great!
I tried peanut butter and pears today and it was amazing! I normally eat it with apples but pear goes with pb so much! 😄

Hey cassey for me its really hard to eat healthy once in a while i slip up like today i ate a chocolate chip cookie but i'm gonna train insane tomorrow to make up for it but lately its been easier to eat healthier because of all your cheap clean eats i especially love the banana and peanut butter ice cream
It is definitely harder to eat clean!! It is so easy and fulfilling to be able to plan and cook my own meals during the school hols, but when term starts & the stress kicks in, clean eating suddenly gets a lot harder than doing single-legged burpees. and that's saying something. hahaha. so currently I'm focusing on portion control, working out daily & loving it :) (I LOVE BLOGILATES CASSEY DON'T YOU EVER STOP MAKING WORKOUT VIDEOS!!!
I think it's both. But, most likely eating clean, cuz a lot of the times my dad cooks, and he;s never open to my suggestions of your recipes! But, training dirty can be complicated for me sometimes too :(
I don't always sweat, which bugs me. Maybe it's cuz I have my own air conditioner in my room, and its a good temperature? I don't know, but it really also makes me feel like I haven't accomplished much. So, yeah. But, I love you and your videos and they really have helped me come far!

Trying this soon! I don't eat sweets Monday-Friday and I don't eat meat on Mondays, so by the weekends it's harder for me to eat clean but I still try!
Definitely eat clean! I'm completely dedicated to working out everyday but sometimes I'll eat some bad food just because I can't resist!

Hey cassey for me its harder to eat clean because I'm from new york and im always surrounded by delicious food at every corner of the street like pizza, bagels, subs, cookies , ice cream, French fries its really hard being 15 and not eating none of that but with all your great motivation I've been able to hold up the cravings and eat healthy food and move on

Don't add too much peanut butter, honey is heaven with it and I suggest if you found your own oats- leave little bits in for texture.

I LOVE having peanut butter just straight out of the jar. It's soooo good. Only prob is I can't stop eating it! And I find it's easier to eat clean than train dirty.
Eating clean is harder because I cannot control my diet as well as I can train dirty because I love to sweat now. Thanks to you! :) makes me feel proud of myself!
it came out like a pancake for me as well (next time, add more oat flour to the mix) and i added nutella on top omg it was sooo good. i know it sort of breaks the whole healthy purpose of this but oh well
I just tried it but I accidently used the yolk instead of the white :/ and I substituted silk's coconut milk. It was actually really good. It would definitely be great with frozen greek yogurt.
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp ground oat flour
1 Tbsp almond milk
1 tsp Stevia
1 egg white
Microwave for 1 minute.

It's way harder for me to eat clean, because I always push myself and train dirty every time I work out. But when I get stressed, the cravings start calling. It'll be easier to eat clean since I have this cookie recipe now!!
its harder for me to eat clean because ive never liked veggies! So I try to workout as much as possible, but I don't push myself past my limits cause I remember when I first started your workouts the next morning I couldn't even move! But I know I could be losing like 2x the amount of weight if I also dieted so it's going pretty slow right now. My big brother's wedding is in October so I gotta step it up!
