Utterly brilliant. Many congratulation to conductor and chorus. I say this because the chorus are following the conductor very closely and it is particularly important to do that for this piece, since every voice must come in precisely if the clarity of Wagner's writing is to be heard in its full glory. Wonderful!
Thanks to our European friends from Croatia, praise to the chorus and the conductor, great perfomance. Brillant direction of the camera team, showing the orchestra and their precise work. But also interesting to catch the atmosphere outside, an audience in a relaxed mood, divine. And then even on German TV one expert said 3 years ago, that Wagner was a great composer but he didn't create hits like Verdi....doubtful though Verdi is indeed great, but this bridal march is a hit and so is Steuermann lass die Wacht, oh Du mein holder Abendstern, Beglückt darf dich ich oh Heimat nur schaue,. Walkürenritt etc etc..(From Germany)

It really is very lovely. first time exploring the piece with my choir (not half as good as this one! alas!), thought the piece was perhaps a cliché but happily discovered that Oh no, it's so much more; a real little jewel. wish I spoke German!
