Its pronounced Bengoli in English, not Bengaali. The flag used is of Bangladesh and doesnt really represent Bengalis specifically. And definitely not all Bengalis since 40% of the speakers are in India.
In this modern world, Bangladesh produces more Bengali literature and contributes more to the Bengali lexicon than Bengali Indians. Bengalis only make up 8% of the Indian population. You don't put the Russian flag when making a video of the Finnish language now do you? Since Russia occupies Karelia, a land consisting of a significant Finnish population. Bangladesh, the name itself says it all; the land of Bengal.
Im not disregarding Indian Bengalis at all, but adding the West Bengal flag next to the Bangladeshi flag would be more appropriate instead of clumping all of India with our language.
@kalochhaya no it doesn't lol. Just because you dont know about it doesn't change that. Moreover Bangladesh still has the "standard" language as the one as spoken in India, making the use of Bangladesh flag even more weird. Not to mention there are many non Bengali ethnicities living in Bangladesh too like Chakmas, Santals, Tripuris etc.
@@ShubhoBose Did you read mt comment? The "standard" is based upon the Kushtia dialect which in turn is also the Nadia dialect since Kushtia and Nadia share the same dialect. And also these ethnic minorities make up under 1% of our population 🤣 Bangladesh represents Bengali more, it's the harsh truth.
Both are actually assimilated North Dravidian and Vedda. Lord Jagannath worshiped by the Odias is not found anywhere else in India, including the Southern Dravidian states, which is strong evidence of their Vedda tribal origin. By the way, the native Veddas had brown and black skin. The white Aryans only immigrated there around 500 BC onwards.
@@kalochhaya Just for curiosity, bro. I've seen many muslim women in West Bengal wear these outfits and Sindur, Bindi/Tip also. Aren't these things forbidden to wear, according to your religion????

Assamese uses Bengali script. You can't even pronounce স, চ, ছ, জ correctly, so what makes you think that this script belongs to you? And Assamese is a Bengali dialect, cope.
