Loooove me a good oyster stout! It's like my salted chocolate/ caramel obsession, but in beer form!
Not about that mumme, though... (Also, Imma need to school you in some spice pronunciations...)

Yeah it definitely depends on the Brewery's Head Brewer! I have seen some weird ones! Rock Mountain oysters are bull balls! Not my speed. Oysters are Rich in zinc which feeds the yeast! Regular Oyster Stouts are definitely one of my favorite Categories. The rest nah... INTERESTING Stuff 🍺 like # 22 ! Cheers 🍺🍺

It's "Danziger Jopenbier", not "hopenbier". It recently came back to life after a few decades of nonexistence with some commercial examples. Very interesting beer indeed, though insanely expensive. Complex, roasty, slightly sweet, slightly sour. Very unique.

I tried a lobster stout in Pompano Beach last summer and it was yummy (I didn’t think I would actually like it). Now, one of my future brews involves annatto and chocolate nibs hehhe, the beauty of experimentation! Cheers!

I stick with barley and hops. Nothing more crazy in my brews. Don´t want any funky illness like scurvy or botulism

I think I’d go oyster stout. It actually sounds good. Kinda salty / chocolatey goodness. Have you ever considered a topic on ancient beer recipes? I find it interesting that dogfish based Midas on one. Great topics buddy! Cheers🍺🍻

Great video idea. I've been reading quite a few news articles over the past year of people translating old recipes so they can brew them. Standby for more!

That cock ale thing is really weird! What I would like best to try is that last one. Spontaneous fermented sounds always fine to me. Love my Lambics. Cheers
