@@FulaanCreative I just got my m50 with sigma 16mm and over the moon. Your videos really helped so you have a new subscriber. Can you please recommend best settings for low light talking head videos?
@The Alpha FX Glad I could help! So lowlight on the m50 isn't one of its strong points. My suggestion would be to try to get as much light to the sensor as possible. So having a good key light such as the aputure amaran 100d is crucial. Also make sure you are using the best aperture your lens allows. Keep the ISO at 400 but if you need to raise it don't go past 800. Then crush or lift the blacks in the edit as to reduce or eliminate the noise in the shadows.
Great video brother! Just bought an M50 off eBay (not as my main camera but mostly for vlogging purposes) and this is super helpful. And I think I may grab me one of those ND filters for my other cameras.
Bro thank you so much making it a lot more affordable as I’m going to buy this camera since I’m a beginner and a good lens so I won’t have to spend much more🤙🏼appreciate it

Greetings from Bulgaria! DUDE! I love your channel, I've seen all of your videos at least twice. Could you create a video on how to edit your videos - vlogs (the talking heads)? The transitions you use, the sounds effects you use? That would be great!
It's a great camera for almost any application. I don't know that much about ASMR but I would assume the mic is the most important aspect. So as long as you have a good mic it should do great.
Hey bro Paul here. Looking at buying a new dig camera, after years with my Canon AE1 Program and lenses. It's time gir an upgrade.. oh yes. Just wanted to say I liked your content and enthusiasm with regards to photography on the whole. I'm liking the Canon models. Not sure if my old DSLR lenses will fit the M50 Mkii, I'm thinking king no. Possibility for adapters? Anyway if I buy this camera I will share with y'all. Peace out bro.
What's up Paul? If you are using EF or EF-S Lenses with your AE-1 then you can also use those lenses with the m50 with a $40 adapter. If you are using an older lens mount then I'm not sure if it will work or not. Thanks for watching and commenting. Peace.
I really enjoy your videos! I'm just getting started with M50 Mark II. Could you do a video on how to sync audio with video? You recommend the Tascam recorder with mic. This suggests to me that you have to sync the audio in a video editing program. Do you have tips for how to do this?
Thanks for the kind words! At minute 9:15 of this video ruclips.net/video/dAuEqxfAfrk/видео.html I discuss how to sync audio. I used to recommend the tascam dr-10L over wireless systems due to signal interference but the new wireless system from dji records a back track so you don't have to worry about signal interference any longer. That being considered I would go with the DJI wireless mic setup over the tascam recorder.
There is a free photoshop type of software called GIMP, there is a lightroom alternative called darktable, canva can pretty much handle everything graphic design wise and for video you have resolve and capcut both of which are also free.
@@FulaanCreative yeah I'm curious because I've seen creators use sony body with canon lenses and I cant seem to find anything the other way around. I'm liking these Sony lenses since they are getting smaller than the canon ones 😭
Hey man, loved this video, I have some questions about the mark ii : First of all, I would like to know if by putting a cable in while shooting, i can overcome this shooting limit ? Second question, I am facing a problem right now, let’s say I shoot about 20 footages in a raw, when I look up on the footage by plugging in the sd card on my ipad/macbook, I notice that 5-6 footages aren’t able to open, as if there were not considered as video files, any hints about what is happening ?? Thanks in advance man, appreciate any help
Hello, I will have to research the streaming details and get back to you because I have never used it for livestreaming. Also please clarify what you mean by recording raw video. I am not aware of the m50 being able to shoot in a raw video format. Thanks for watching and commenting!
Hey bud so i don't have a fluid head for my tripod, it's this weird pistol grip style i purchased along with the tripod years ago. Anyway, are all the heads the same standard, 3/4 or something? If i'm overseas I gotta conver to mm? Thanks for helping us noobs!
Generally they all screw in the same. The part that varies from fluid head to fluid head is the quick release plate that attached to the camera. That being said just double check the specs when you buy it as I am not familiar with the pistol grip one you are referring to. Hope that helps! Take care.
very good video!!! I am thinking of buying a M50II as my video (better than cel) camera, I am not a video maker, just want to have a camera that is easy to shoot videos, and I once had the Canon M6 but sold it, so I know the limits of the M system, but I only want the kid lense and maybe 2 primes, 16 and 50 mm (since I just want to do vlogs and capture the big places) So could you compare the M50 II vs M6??? thanks!
New to the video and photography world. I know he mentioned a type of sd card but I got a decent micro SD and it came with an adapter. Does that limit the micro SD card in any way?
Great videos! Thanks for all the info. I'm having an issue with my M50. I was using dual lav microphones (Saramonic brand) that are attached by one trs cable plugged into the adaptor into the external mic terminal and it worked great numerous times. I was very happy. Now, all of a sudden, only one of the lav mics picks up audio and the other doesn't. Thought it might be the cables, so I bought a new one, plus a new trs to trs adaptor and it's still happening. I'm frustrated bc it was working fine originally and don't know what changed. Any suggestions? I appreciate it in advance.
Honestly I have no Idea. It does seem strange that it stopped working though. Maybe you can check the Camera settings or the mic settings to see if you inadvertently switched it to mono as opposed to stereo.
@@FulaanCreative Thank you. The M50 has no setting for stereo or mono under Sound recording as far as I can tell. If you are aware of where I can change this, I'd appreciate it. Thank you again.
Hey Fulaan, great video! I had a question regarding mics on the m50, I have a different brand mic to the one you mentioned and I find that I get a lot of a hissing noise from recordings indoor and outdoor. Is there anyway to reduce this?
Thanks man! You can try to turn the volume down inside the camera, that might help. If that doesn't work then you might need a better mic or the cameras mic input jack might have a problem. From my experience the M50 preamps are good and don't make any excessive hiss or noise.
What’s the order that you put the filter on if you are going to use an adapter for bigger cannon lenses with the m50? Would it be camera, filter, adapter, then lense?
depends, if you get the meike drop in filter adpater it's better. It would be camera adapter filter lens. If you get a screw on filter it would be camera adapter lens filter
Great video Bro. I was thinking about getting the Sony RX10 IV, I've watched many great reviews about that camera. But nos that I see this, I'm not so sure. What do you think about that Sony and how would you compare It with this Canon plus the accesories? Regarding money spent and quality of videos and versatility???
Thanks! I have heard good things about the RX10 but don't know too much about it myself. Currently the ZVE-10 is sold out everywhere and as far as I know the ZV-1 is the next best option but the RX10 may also be a good choice as well.

Hey bro, what camera and lens did you use when you film on the basketball court?
It was the Canon EOS R and Tamron 15-30 f2.8. These days i'm using the Lumix S5II
Yoww bro. Really good Quality Content. Thanks alot... God bless
Thanks Ivan!
good video bro. Do advice me to use this camera in ASMR video that dont require much movements as you know ?
It's a great camera for almost any application. I don't know that much about ASMR but I would assume the mic is the most important aspect. So as long as you have a good mic it should do great.

You gave everything I am looking for in this video. Thank you so much ❤️🔥

Does the Benro tripod and Neewer fluid head connect together?
Yes, it should screw right in.
Hey bro
Paul here.
Peace.
You got any other budget glide cams?? That are good??
That's the only one I used but any brand that looks similar will probobly also do the job.
Clarity 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽💯
Thanks!
Thanks a bunch! I'll check it out.
I like your simplicity, also you have price in mind like normal mortals
Thanks Fred! Yeah for real, I'm always looking for a deal!
Man how do you not have more subs.
Thanks for the kind words Manoj. Hopefully I will get there soon!
@@FulaanCreative I'm sharing you and a few others that seem to help out new shooters like me. Keep it bro, I'll be following your climb.
@@pocketduces I appreciate that!
Is there a lense you reccomend for outdoor filming? Thanks for the videos
Wildlife etc….
Yes, I love the canon 55-250 ef-s
Canon 55-250 stm telephoto with IS amzn.to/348O4o7
@@FulaanCreative thanks bud

Amazing video totally worth the subscribe
Thanks Aziz! Welcome to the channel.
Do you recommend any free photo editing softwares/websites for desktop?
There is a free photoshop type of software called GIMP, there is a lightroom alternative called darktable, canva can pretty much handle everything graphic design wise and for video you have resolve and capcut both of which are also free.
Which gimbal did you use while recording your son please?
It's not a gimbal. It is that steady am that i show in the video. I left a link to it in the video description.
Can Sony lenses be used on the m50 markii? Maybe with an adapter or something?
Theoretically it is possible although I have never heard of any adapter like that myself.
@@FulaanCreative yeah I'm curious because I've seen creators use sony body with canon lenses and I cant seem to find anything the other way around. I'm liking these Sony lenses since they are getting smaller than the canon ones 😭
@@jordanmiranda8038 For sure, Sony is coming out with some serious stuff lately. I got my eye on that A74 at the moment.
What is a good lense for the M50 if I need to zoom in during auto-focus video filming?
This is a very affordable and capable zoom lens optin: ruclips.net/video/a9Ybx5ENAcY/видео.html
Hey man, loved this video, I have some questions about the mark ii :
First of all, I would like to know if by putting a cable in while shooting, i can overcome this shooting limit ?
Second question, I am facing a problem right now, let’s say I shoot about 20 footages in a raw, when I look up on the footage by plugging in the sd card on my ipad/macbook, I notice that 5-6 footages aren’t able to open, as if there were not considered as video files, any hints about what is happening ??
Thanks in advance man, appreciate any help
Hello, I will have to research the streaming details and get back to you because I have never used it for livestreaming. Also please clarify what you mean by recording raw video. I am not aware of the m50 being able to shoot in a raw video format. Thanks for watching and commenting!
so good my brother
Thanks Bro!
I am thinking of buying a M50II as my video (better than cel) camera, I am not a video maker, just want to have a camera that is easy to shoot videos, and I once had the Canon M6 but sold it, so I know the limits of the M system, but I only want the kid lense and maybe 2 primes, 16 and 50 mm (since I just want to do vlogs and capture the big places)
So could you compare the M50 II vs M6??? thanks!
Thanks! ruclips.net/video/j6SJ6MOI99I/видео.html
Well done
Thanks!
hi flaan, what is the lens u use in this vid, thx a lot
Hello. The Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 amzn.to/3fyn8kL (needs this adapter amzn.to/3fDzOtJ ) and the Tamron 15-30 f2.8 amzn.to/3tumFYS (needs speed booster adapter amzn.to/3cAte5i )
New to the video and photography world. I know he mentioned a type of sd card but I got a decent micro SD and it came with an adapter. Does that limit the micro SD card in any way?
I have never used anything like that but if it is working with your camera without any problems than it should be fine I guess.
@@FulaanCreative the adapter makes the micro SD card into a regular size SD card

I use the dual mics for interviews.
God bless homie
Thanks Tony!
