Don't forget to talk about the loud trains that run through town and they are on the very edge near the beach walking areas loud oil trains at all hours of the day and night
I think this woman’s job is to make sure no one moves to Edmonds!
First of all, there is no fairy traffic whatsoever. The reason is that there is one lane on the outskirts of town that take you to the ferry. - well right next to those lanes there’s two other lanes that are always wide open to travel into the main center of town!
And when the ferry unload, the drivers can only get in one lane out of town and it’s the outskirts of town
So essentially if you live downtown Edmonds all streets, you don’t ever run into ferry traffic !
I grew up in Edmonds. I’m 70 years old.
But now I live up on Capitol Hill … It takes me 20 minutes to get to downtown Edmonds on Sundays and about 25 minutes on weekdays if I leave at 8 AM or nine
But yeah, if you live in Edmonds and you need to work downtown, traffic is definitely backed up - in that case I go the back roads to Ballard and then to downtown Seattle it’s a beautiful drive probably takes me about 40 minutes with no traffic during high traffic
the sounder train makes it easy
