Burrata With Roasted Asparagus, Brown Butter & Hazelnuts:
"This is an easy side dish or appetizer that comes together in very little time, with very little effort. The burrata and roasted asparagus get topped with toasted hazelnuts, brown butter, lemon zest, and a sprinkle of Aleppo pepper for added heat. It’s great for dinner parties, especially during spring and summer months, or if you want something light to snack on with friends.
Because there are so few ingredients and not much active cooking, you can easily double or even triple this by placing out a few more balls of burrata and roasting the whole bunch of asparagus. The brown butter goes a long way, so you won’t need to make much extra. I also love to serve this with toasted sourdough, but you could use focaccia or any type of bread you prefer." - Nea Arentzen

Saving this one to try once the sun comes out to stay in the PNW. Looks like a fantastic side dish for grilling up kebabs, fish, or to accompany some homemade Neapolitan pizza. Tack så mycket!

Looks great but I'd have to exchange hazelnut with toasted pecans, Brazile or walnut. 😋 👍

For me at the moment there’s a saturation of content (daily uploads now?) and I prefer the no nonsense, more refined and simplistic format of the older videos food 52 put out. If more time was taken to curate and edit, the feedback on your last few videos would be better. These ones just don’t flow the same and ingredients like burrata if good quality don’t require this level of meddling…Unsubscribing for now until you’re out of your meddling era, sorry.

Don't think I've ever heard the word "so" so many times, in such a short video. Hopefully she gets more comfortable on camera.

😅 Don't you know it's the TREND Word - makes them sound sophisticated (pinky up) but it's a filler word for those who have a very limited vocabulary- nothing personal to this narrator, just popular for this generation.

Poor burrata, let her breathe! Typical North American treatment of a simple yet exquisite product.
