I watched a giant crane take out a leaning oak from a backyard last month, hadn't done any damage but close quarters and had to go over another yard to get to it. about 4 different houses at risk when removing it. Looked to me that they did perfect work. Sometimes you gotta have the crane...

I feel more sorry for the tenants of this rental house. The owner should have maintained the tree. I have huge oak trees in my yard, and I use a professional tree service for trimming and general health info on my trees. They are 80' tall.

Ever interesting to watch, but I believe they have several more trees that need to be trimmed before they rebuild or they just may end up on top of the roof again.

I had a similar tree that fell onto a shed. Just as you did I removed the overhanging weight a bit at a time. but the difficult part was where the trunk was just touching the shed. Without all your equipment if I cut it the remaining part would rake down and take out the wall of the shed. You cut that one critical point out of this video but you did have the bobcat for support. I can't see what you supported the trunk with while you did that.

Great Job Rookie, I'm not trying to make your head any bigger😆. But I'm amazed at how you able to estimate the weight of each pick. Because each spices of trees weight is different and the time of year affect the weight of the trees. And once you cut it you own it you either lifting it or drop it. Start posting more videos. I'm sure your editor Lindsey needs the work. Because he can't work in the dirt right now. You and your men Be Safe Out There.

nice work brothers, you men are the backbone of this nation, and we are losing men like this at a faster pace than we can replace them. So, with that said, as another hardworking man I truly appreciate what you boys do for a living. If there weren't guys like you that could do these jobs a house like that would be a total loss, I mean how the hell else would you be able to get a tree that size off a house like that. Great work that's all I have to say.

My landlord is not wanting to cut a hazard tree, it's 40ft, and probably 45in around or bigger at the stump. It's half way dead, beetles I suspect, if it comes down the house is gonna wear it, maybe just the porch but probably the house. It's in a bad spot with a apartments on one side and a fence, carport/out building on the other with 12 ft in between but you can drive up pretty dang close to it...... I'm having a Arborist come out and look at it, get a professional diagnosis and report on paper. I'm not trying to be difficult, I'm not a tree guy but I've lived here long enough to recognize Pine Beetles and dieing trees, cut alot of firewood but this isn't anything I'm comfortable with doing, nor is it my responsibility.
