Thanks so very much for sharing this with me. I would have never thought of cleaning a window ac unit with the alcohol. I do all of the other steps. As u do except for the the spray.

my kitchen sink sprayer does a great job on the fabric filters. my AC doesn't have the sponge type. but i have another device that does have the sponge ones and i just wet them, add soap, then squeeze the soap through 20-25 times and rinse with water the same way. my area is so dusty, i end up having to do this at least once a month sometimes more.
for any bacteria that might be in there i'm lucky to live near a distillery and i have easy access to 99% isopropyl alcohol. i tried a disinfectant spray, but everyone hated the perfume smell it had. a distilled white vinegar & water solution works but is not recommended. you have to be extra careful about where the droplets accumulate and fall. and you'll probably want to be out of the house a while till the vinegar smell goes away.

Кроме внешней уборки и мойки фильтров, нужно мыть ещё и жёлоб (там влага собирается и грибы растут). При нормальной работе кондея (а это когда он не выключается (как холодильник), эту процедуру рекомендуется проводить хотя бы раз в месяц, а лучше 2.

ako se čisti redovno onda nikada neće biti ovako prljav pa vam neće trebati ni usisivač ni četkica već samo pranje filtera i prskanje isparivača, asepsol koristiti a ne alkohol
