- Hannah Payne, 21, is charged with the murder of 62-year-old Kenneth Herring in a May 7 incident in which she pursued him after witnessing him get into an accident and leave the scene.
If she had stayed at the scene as instructed by 911 operator, she'd be at home right now under a warm blanket, drinking hot tea and watching youtube.

Then AFTER ASSAULTING, SHOOTING AND KILLING THIS MAN... go to her vehicle and CHANGE HER CLOTHING. PROVES SHE KNEW SHE DID SOMETHING ABHORRENTLY WRONG... AND WAS TRYING TO COVER UP A CRIME.
There are many witnesses that SAW WHAT SHE DID. They ALL said the man was just trying to block her punches through his window while he was sitting in his car. She lied to the police saying he tried to shoot her. Then she said the gun went off by accident when “he was assaulting her”.
EVERYTHING SHE DID BEFORE AND AFTER SHOOTING AND KILLING THIS UNARMED MAN SITTING IN HIS OWN VEHICLE WAS ILLEGAL... CRIMES. The charge of murder is correct. But... It should be WITH MALICE. And, she should get the harshest sentence allowed.

No, she didn't listen to the 911 operator. She listened to the corrections officer ON THE SCENE who told her to chase him down and stop him before he killed someone. He was in the middle of a diabetic episode, and he was out of it to the point that he had no idea where he was or what was happening. Don't forget that he had just caused one crash because he was impaired.

My mom had a medical emergency while driving and caused a wreck. Thank God the person who ran into her had enough sense to understand and not kill her.
This happened with me and the driver was having a seizure in the car behind me as he rear ended me. I knew exactly what was happening as I spoke with 911 and assisted him until the paramedics arrived. I felt bad for having to break his back window to get in his car but he survived and I visited him on my lunch break...I work at the hospital they took him to.....Not once did it cross my mind to kill him🤦🏽♀️

Depends, did he give his information? If he didn't then its a hit and run. I have no idea whether or not he did. I would follow a hit and run driver (actually not hypothetical, I did) but not at high speeds and crazy, I would NOT try to stop them, and I haven't gotten far enough into it yet to know why she allegedly killed him or how but I certainly would not even end up in a situation where that might happen because I would be in just much danger at that point. I would not have followed in this case because in 15-20 minutes someone should have gotten a plate number, that would have been the first thing I would do. (Yes I do realize the plate or vehicle could be stolen but that is a very good reason NOT to follow)

I once had a gang of idiots try to accost me in a parking lot because of a misunderstanding that they thought was a "hit and run." What actually happened was that I was pulling out of a spot and accidentally scratched the car next to me because the spots were super tightly packed and I was an idiot teenaged driver with a massive sedan from the 80s. I pulled out to give the car waiting for the spot a chance to park and take the spot because lots of people were driving around waiting to find a place to park and I didn't want to make them go drive around for longer. I was then going to handle the situation by leaving a note with my information so we could sort it out once the owner came back to their car. It probably was a really dumb way to handle it, but I was pretty young at the time and wasn't exactly sure the procedure, since the other driver wasn't there and no idea when they were returning. Instead of taking the spot, the insane fucking hillbilly family decided to play johnny law and jump in front of my car like wild animals yelling at me like they were going to beat me up. They called the police shaking like I was a hardened criminal about to shoot them, even though me and my then girlfriend continued to try to calmly explain the situation and our reasoning. Cop showed up, seemed to not care, took my information, told the other people to fuck off and we all left. I'm glad they didn't have a gun and decide to escalate further or hurt one of us. People need to mind their own fucking business or just take a plate, call the cops, and be done with it instead of trying to reach down into their own dumbass brains and solve some situation that has nothing to do with them using unbridled aggression.
