It's scary to see how many people have crossed that line beyond normal, and are roaming around the streets at night.

Probably someone's pet. It happened in my area once a few years ago. A Wallaby was spotted hopping around and it turns out it was a guy's exotic pet that escaped.

I watched him fall out over and over but can't figure out why. It almost looked as if he fainted, fell out and the fall brought him to. Man this guy was so lucky the fence stopped the truck.
