    30-60 sec is a long ways off for me at almost 70 yo. But that won't stop me from trying.

      My physiotherapist gave me this exercice, but told me to hold it for 15 seconds (3 times per leg).

    Basic: sit down on your 10 toes, at the same time your left hand hugs your right hand, forming a ball shape, holding this position for as long as possible. After a few days, it will make you more agile!
    Advanced: stand on right toes, 2 hands as above, .....
