Hope you had a chance to go into the British Library, You were right next to it at King's Cross. It's mostly free and has displays of 1000 year old Anglo Saxon Bibles, so many historical documents, including a copy of the Magna Carta and the first written rules of the Football Association which the game is now based apon.
Went to the UCL - Birkbeck and lived right next to Russell Square on Woburn and walked by the British Museum and Buckingham Palace everyday for work, this video brought back so many fond memories!
Pls do keep sharing, would love to see more from your many trips to Europe! I always enjoy these personal style travel vlogs, gives me a way to live vicariously through your content even if i don't have the means to travel myself just yet.
1:06 that's leigh street in Bloomsbury! all the exterior shots for the Dylan Moran/Bill Bailey comedy show Black Books were shot there. Collinge & Clark book shop on left after the moped parking is the shop exterior they used and the Norfolk Arms pub opposite makes plenty of appearances too.
I went to Europe in 2015 and the one thing I'll still remember from that trip was just how many times someone tried to pickpocket me and the number of sketchy looking folks there.
I love the videos keep them coming, I remember going through that square/park and walking past the museum while studying abroad in London in 2019, so thanks for rekindling some memories of that time. Keep up the excellent content~
Just a hat tip to anyone. Go in the back entrance of the British Museum (you will NEVER have to queue). Then exit out the main entrance to see all the glory 😊
Most of our phone boxes no long contain a phone. Some are just tourist attractions, some hold defibrillators and others are book exchanges, but some still phones in.
Chris, now you have a little interest in Egypt....there is another tiny museum not far from the British museum; it's part of "University College London" (aka UCL). This is one of the most important museums in the world because of the work Flinders Petrie did......which was dating archeological sites using pottery style and decoration, a system which archeologists still use today.

Love these “go exploring” vids!
Wild to think that John Adams was even received as an ambassador within his lifetime, given the circumstances.
Hi, Chris, very interesting. Although I've lived within an hour of it I've never been inside the British Museum. I must do that.

These are amazing, brother. A nice change from the reactions, even through a vlog I end up learning.

I was able to walk right up at the front entrance but I was there in January.
Great video please always keep up you’re amazing work
If you get the chance you should visit Cardiff Wales. It's one of the coolest cities out that way.
I'm impressed they still have phone boxes. They are nearly extinct here in USA

Being a traveler like yourself did you ever notice how many people do not see what is around them as they have their heads in their phones....
I'm ashamed to say but before they put the Rosetta stone behind glass, I touched the side of it. I was in College so I'll let that excuse go.
