    It turned out so lovely and you're so talented! I love this idea! I have a Walnut tree in my front yard with plenty of Walnuts just begging to be turned into cute ornaments :)

    Adorable! That was such a clever way to make the trees. Does it take very long for the fake snow mixture to dry properly?

    Very nice! My mom used to do the same with milkweed pods, you should try it.

    Looks so nice. How do you open without breaking the shell. I only have 3 walnuts

      I use a knife and push it in to split it, I found that was the easiest way to do it, good luck!

    What material did you use to make the trees? It looks like embroidery thread but I've never seen any come in that width. Love your project & I want to try it! :)

      I do think its embroidery thread, I found it my nan's sewing things so its rather old
