    Nice job. Very impressive how fast the SkyTrain goes in the winter snow!
    Thank you for posting.

      I have to say it was lots of fun riding the original M-Line

    At that point, they should make the Evergreen Line it’s own line, like what they had planned before they started calling it an extension

    2:18 Almost looks like the first-gen and second-gen mark IIs were coupled together. If so, that's very odd

    why was metrotown skipped without picking up towards lougheed town centre, but not towards waterfront?

      Probably because of some police incident. There's flashing red lights if you look closely

    Can’t help but wonder why some of the lights in the front car turn off when there’s an attendee there

      I think it’s the same reason a car’s interior lights need to be turned off when driving - it allows you to see your outside surroundings better

      To prevent glare

    Were the doors really closed at Commercial-Broadway headed back? Once I was at Inlet Centre and the doors were open and we were sitting there for about 10 mins. It was due to an incident at Metrotown and I was on the Lafarge Lake-Douglas bound platform.

      I think the doors remained open for the entire 18 minutes. We weren’t told that it was due to an incident at Metro

    Why did the train not go back to Lafarge Lake Douglas and became a Waterfront train?

    • @GYTransit

      There was probably a shortage of trains on the Expo Line, so they sent this one to full in the service gaps

    i rlly want to see the front view version of this

    • @GYTransit
      @GYTransit  7 месяцев назад

      I’d like to have done that, but attendants were monitoring the trains at the front so it just wasn’t possible.

    at 1:06 / 2:54:20 some skytrain s=attendant kicked the door 💀 💀

    • @GYTransit
      @GYTransit  5 месяцев назад

      It’s probably because there was ice/snow on the door

    Why was an expo line train in the millennium line?

    • @GYTransit
      @GYTransit  Год назад +1

      They run higher-capacity trains at lower frequencies so less attendants are needed to man each train, hence MK1s appearing on the M-Line.
