Sorry, I don’t because mine doesn’t have that issue. Maybe you should check the wiring.
motherboard electric noise, common problem with jack 3.5
Had this issue at first as well. Redo the plugging on my pc and it's all good after my 2nd attempt. Hopefully your is already resolved as well.
Get an amp DAC. No moving parts or electronic noise.
