💜 Three-color topknots
Ingredients -
500g of white gold
50g of almond powder
1 egg yolk
30 to 45ml of milk.

4 to 5g of purple sweet potato powder
4 to 5g of sweet pumpkin powder
3g of green tea powder.

1. Put the white enamel in a bowl and gently mix it with the sifted almond powder.
2. Add egg yolk and milk and mix to control the kneading.It's in the dough tip video.

3. When the dough is finished, divide it into three small bowls and mix the natural powder you want.
4. Put the dough in a piping bag.
5. Hold the piping bag vertically and pip the dough into appropriate size and spacing on the pan.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes.
