I always play rdro solo. I hate coming across other players, most of them just try to kill you for no reason when you are trying to sell your business or do free roam missions. rockstar should implement solo sessions just like gta online to where you have the option to load in a solo session in my opinion

Yea I felt this bro. Why I figured out how to get solo lobbies for PlayStation. Players just love killing you for no reason especially the ones that been on the game since day 1.

I feel the same way bro I'm with you on that. Why can't we make a session where it's invite only....only time I should be in a public session is for free roam events.
I'm a solo person just dislike griefers and try harder they blow up everything they killed you for no reason I leave low level people alone focus on the game if they shoot me i shoot back mostly do events every month I love play this game even tho it's dead and abandoned 💯

The low players in the lobby is on purpose from R* due to the naturist role bonuses. It will go back to normal once the bonus is over.

@@ryan9020 It does. It's to increase, or keep the animal spawn count high. The more players in the lobby the less the animal spawn rate. And as it's naturist role bonuses it is done to allow the animal to player ratio greater.

Rockstar doesn't care about this game at all. They do the bare minimum and it took them years fix major bugs in this game. Do you really think that they care about legendary animal spawns? Lol no.
With the Naturalist role....just go to Emerald Station and sample all the cows/bulls, then ride NE toward the bison. On your way to the bison there are 2 bucks and 3 doe (get them) then get your 10 bison. Then head NE further to the other farm and load up on more cows/bulls.
Then fast travel (if you have the wilderness camp) to Colter and harvest the rams and elk up there.
Rinse/Wash/Repeat for a ton of money.
Best in solo lobby (im on ps5)
I always play solo. I got tired of getting ambushed by griefers while on a mission or making deliveries. Now that I am up to level 168 and have tier III ability cards and good ammo, I might try the public play again. Can't do free roam and stuff with no other players in solo sessions!
Do a solo lobby glitch just to change appearance don’t change anything wait 20 seconds and the back off then go to ur camp and sell u should be the only one in the lobby and would stay that way while ur sell goods
Note: you have to be next to camp before u do it and u only have a few seconds to go cripps and start a sell mission before the game put u back in a public lobby
@@TurkishQuandaledingle. And there is a startup.meta file you can put in the data folder to start solo and stay that way. Always. Until you delete that file.
I've enjoyed sampling the Legendaries this month. I've completed 8 sets and turned them in for the big money.(In total /with individual sample sales was about 9,000$) It's a grind and just the whole cooldown with Legendaries is frustrating, but if you commit to focusing on them it can actually be really fun. The Harriet missions also have a lot of good content. I only wish they would have done triple money for the sets, that would have been awesome.

rdo is great if you’ve never played it, it only gets bad once you run out of things to do, it still has a surprising player count given it hasn’t gotten a good update since like 2019
Did they fix the horse not spawning issue when you whistle...for pc??? Horse is the active one only...simply disappears after a mission and doesnt spwan back...have to restart for it spawn..that also sometimes dont work🥲🥲

PVP Cat asked in his video do you think we can get another Outlaw Pass… I missed the Outlaw pass and I hope Rockstar brings it back.. for players like myself and new players… these clothing items they are gifting for these events are meh….or flat out missing the mark!!
For me the game has been horrendous for the past couple of weeks ( I'm on PC only). I even uninstalled and reinstalled the game with no change..... No Animals spawning, Ghost wagons, No NPC's, Can't get into Moonshine shack, Horse not spawning when I whistle, Cripps is missing from camp most times (if the camp spawns at all). I'm trying to hold out on doing a Solo Lobby, but lately it's been pretty bad....
I play on PC have have seen none of that…the game is full of life, even more now they have reduced the player size
I also faced these same issues😢...so they havent fixed the " horse not spawning when you whistle" issue?
@@joseywales1869 I'm on a reduced server as well (average 12 -16 players) but the same problems are persisting on the reduced servers. I tried 4 different servers last night with no wildlife, NPCs and Ghost wagons, I decided to do a bounty mission from Emerald Station (I walked to the station as I had no horse ) and everything was back to normal and was on horseback, during the mission wildlife was every, NPC's on wagons, horseback and NPCs walking around in Valentine. As soon as I hopped on my horse after the mission I past a few buildings on the way to the train station and I noticed the revolver cog spinning in the corner so turned and went back to the sheriffs office and all the NPCs had disappeared, headed back out of Valentine and no wildlife at all on the way back to camp....

7-30-2024 still an issue. Rockstar needs to pass this game along to anyone that cares to keep this running smoothly. Moonshine is broken, Inf loading screen, no animals, no NPC's.
I hate the decreased player count!!!! Not enough players in session to join a posse if you don't have friends who play this game. If I want to play solo I can always change my mtu setting. Then you can have all the legendary animals spawn, enemy hideouts are popping up, you find treasure maps etc.

When you load up rdr select posse up instead of free roam and it will load you into a random open posse

pc is SO incredibly glitchy. i log on just for specific events to get a reward I want and I can't believe how many glitches can happen in just 5 minutes. not fun at all, i don't know how people do it. Solo lobby FTW or I would have quit 6 months ago.
i would have loved if they made the online more playable i hate the fact that you have to use gold bars to start the careers i would rather have it like in gta online where everything is bought with money because the gold is so hard to get when you dont play everyday

There are no free aim only servers……….next change is the 1st Tuesday of August…..we won’t know the next changes until the day it happens
I waited way to late in the games existence for online play. Soon as i get on or withing minutes i get killed. Lol i gave up. Lol
Animals dont spawn at all for me. There ate no driver's in the wagons. No fish, many times I load the game, no horse. Many times, I lose the horse when I fast travel. This happens on PC. Xbox is fine.

Is it true, Rockstar bought the role play servers Red M. And Wild RP? If so half the work is done for Rockstar they have added interiors, buildings, 1000 different clothing options, and much more, all Rockstar has to do is put them on console
Yes they bought it sometime ago..however a lot of the private devs have done alot of work it’s not all Rockstar
To piggyback on some of the comments below, my GF and I always get together in a shared solo lobby now after too many mod griefers blowing everyone up over and over. Now they can't touch us.

Heya mate, i noticed you say the service carbine is worse than the special carbine mk2 but better than than the carbine mk2... im curious why you'd say this? Also, i like ya vids/channel.
Just from various tests players have done if you compare all stats 1 to 1, like accuracy between the 3 guns, damage, TTK against bots and players, range etc, they are all so so similar but the special carbine mark 2 edges out the service carbine and carbine rifle by a hair
Mostly in the department of accuracy which ultimately will lead to a faster TTK because you will, on average, land more shots
@HazardousHDTV But the carbine/carbine mk2 is better (a little bit) than the special carbine/mk2...in both range and accuracy, so you can understand my confusion... what are these player tests?
I'll agree, the special feels nicer to use, sounds better, the service carbine seems to have close grouping (atleast close range)... and, I'm a headshots guy, so really it makes little difference to me, just sounded odd as I've thought my understanding of theses rifles was universal since the game released...
I only gave the service carbine another go yesterday after seeing your video... still havnt made up my mind yet.
So i started playing red dead online in 2024. It took a bit for me to get used to the world of Red Dead but i got it. I mean everyone says "Yeah no the game is dead" but there is a couple of new players who started recently. Also Naturalist role 🤮. Take it from someone who makes majority of their RD$ on the trader role lol

I've been having some very annoying issues lately on RDO on PS5 ever since the latest update.
Every other free roam invite I've been accepting has led to a server disconnect error. which, of course, makes me miss out on said events.
As a pretty high rank player I look forward to a few different events (especially all fishing events) as we all know there ain't much else to do and/or purchase this late in the game lol
I'd be extremely appreciative of any advice/tips on a possible fix as I can't find anything definitive online.🤠

Seriously y'all try the good and dead telegram it's easy flow the market district if there is a brawl outside salon the target inside their if not then he's in the area by gus and orrrr at the fence which is very common kill him and very quickly run to the end zone sit at the end for 15 minutes depending on how long you take to find him and then boom 96 gold nuggets
I've been doing the rich Pickins one back to back but it stopped giving me double gold. Do you have to alternate missions or wait for a cool down or something? It's also stuck on ruthless mode but I thought you get a random difficulty every time
@@sadboigabb5072 ruthless is going to be guaranteed every time and the "good and dead" mission you dont have to wait you can kill and loot the guy instantly in sight then quickly ride as fast as you can to the end not caring about gunshots just 🐎 🐎 🐎 then wait outside of the yellow marked area/ away from the camp for about 12-20 and you'll get a full 96 nuggets ridiculously easy
@@sadboigabb5072 market at the fence at Gus's location he's not going to show up so remember the spot same with the fence if he's both at either or in the market at all then he can be just outside of it going to a group of 4 they walk to the train yard with wood logs in the fenced area if not there then the saloon if possible you can tell based off the yellow on you mini map which side of town he is on

Im 200 now I always try to be nice to low levels. Trades, moonshine wagons. The amount of hours I put into this game.The griefers are actually really rare
I'm level 190 and basically have everything I need. I never shoot first or grief people. If I get shot at then it's game on.
In fact I like to give legendary pelts/carcasses to low level players. Then I do my "respectful bow" emote and ride off.
I'm level 468 and play everyday I like to just be in the world and doing my own thing I don't get bothered alot and I definitely don't want to bother anyone else have enough drama irl
