This is not egotistical. In fact, it is quite the opposite of ego, because when you go deep enough within yourself you also expand in consciousness and you become aware of yourself as an infinite and eternal spiritual entity, and your ego simply cannot exist in an environment like that.

Man. that is what stops me from believing in it, but maybe you, a supporter can tell me why you believe in it and more about its origins.
So each book within the the old and new testaments say who wrote the book. for example, first four books of the old testament or the "Torah" was written by Moses, Matthew by Matthew luke by Luke and so on. John Wickliffe translated the compilation into English. The scriptures say you may know the truth of all things through the holy ghost and prayer. So i suggest you read some of the bible and then ask God in the name of his Son if what you read is true. If you are sincere i promise you'll get an answer.

That's it, I'm going far up north to live in a cave! This world is on self destruct, and I don't want to be anywhere near humanity when it happens. I'm currently 48 years old, so I have the benefit of really seeing a huge change in a short amount of time. Growing up our fun was to go outside, all day, to play. The only thing we feared was not being home when the street lights came on (that was the rule, if we weren't home, we'd quickly hear our mothers screaming our names out the window, and we knew we were in trouble). I never had the Internet, cell phones, tablets, Facebook , twitter, etc. When we went to the cottage, we had no phone, no running water, and were as happy as could be. We didn't need xbox or other video games to have fun, and we actually grew our own food when we were able (my mom always had a garden in the back yard). Not to sound like an old fart, because I'll admit, I'm addicted to my iPad and iPhone, but once in a while, I remember back to those simpler times, and look in envy when no one could find me unless I wanted them to. War has always existed, but it's just gone insane lately, entire populations with no conscience, no ethics or morals, and it scares the crap out of me. I do all I can to minimize my digital footprint as I value my privacy. I leave my phone at home unless I'm expecting a call, and have bough a case I can put my phone in to block all signals, even when it's shut off (if your phone is shut off, you can still be tracked, so I'm hoping this case works). I truly yearn for the days when the only info people knew about me was that which I chose to share, not true anymore. All I see now is disaster after disaster, with nothing good coming from a device that was suppose to improve our lives, am I the only person who feels this way?

14 I will not punish your daughters when they commit whoredom, nor your spouses when they commit adultery: for themselves are separated with whores, and they sacrifice with harlots: therefore the people that doth not understand shall fall.

16 For Israel slideth back as a backsliding heifer: now the Lord will feed them as a lamb in a large place.
