It’s a real place. It’s called Kylemore Abbey in Co Galway Ireland about an hour west of Galway the city. I’ve been to Galway but we didn’t have time to visit the Abbey. You usually have to take a days trip on a bus. My husband wasn’t up for driving through Connemara after the drive thru Killarney National Park. Parts of it were scary. You should go!

It used to be a private mansion, the owner built it out of love for his wife who died shortly after it was finished. You can see her mausoleum and a chapel just next to the main house and it's as sad as it is beautiful... He also incorporated a wonderful glass house, a botanical garden and crops all around the estate in a very modern way for that time. An overwhelming token of love and sadness. Kylemore Abbey was then turned to a catholic boarding school for girls, ruled by nuns, for some time until it shut down. They do have some pretty nice marmelade for sale at the gift shop though... ! I understand why your husband didn't want to drive through Connemara, this place is spooky and peculiar, an out of this world place.
“I wish you to know that you have been the last dream of my soul.” Sydney Carton from Tale of Two Cities Carton’s character has always made me feel some sort of sympathy toward him and I have to pause and think every time he appears in the novel. He also makes me feel very sad for him. It’s as if he has been waiting his whole life for something or someone to give him a reason why he exists. He wanted a reason that would make sense in that chaotic world. His soul has never felt content unless Lucie came into his life. Although it was unrequited love, his feelings for her were so pure and strong that he was willing to give his body to save her husband. Because of Lucie, Carton’s soul was able to find peace. Love is really a magical thing that I cannot understand or explain using words.
I have yet to read it but ill go on a guess here: Does Carton have way through accept that its unrequited love and knows they wont ever be with Lucie - but just by being there/her being in their life it brought them some peace in the end?

It’s very clear in the novel that Carton knew from the beginning that Lucie will never love him the way he loved her, yet he continued loving her and even stayed in contact after she got married. His feelings were pure and genuine. Hadn’t Carton wasted his youthful years, he might have ended up with Lucie. I must also point out that Carton had always thought of himself as a useless human being, therefore, Lucie’s rejection was not a surprising event for him.
You know I remember this girl, I saw her last on a Saturday afternoon, it was four days ago, we were having fun with some friends in a bar and talking 'cause we had finished our French's first level course, and I wanted to be so close to her; she was so smart, fitness, gorgeous, cultured, shy, quiet, kind, stylish and well-educated, in spite of that, she was a risk-taker, exhausted but with an immaculate love for knowledge and self-improvement, besides she was always wearing a pair of heels, an elegant large coat or a dress and trousers or jeans, she was only 17 and with a long life to live; she is usually busy, so it isn't common to see her on the street or with friends, 'cause she also goes to the gym from 5-6 days per week. She was so uncanny and interesting to me, didn't seem to be real, every moment close to her felt surreal and chimerical, like a priceless treasure, an unprecedent discovery or an one-chance opportunity, I cannot explain how attracted I felt to her, I'm pretty sure I admire her. I've been single for like 4 years so far and there had not been a woman who has been able to catch my attention like her 'till I got to know her. She was one of the best in the class and I loved when I had the possibility to look at her welcoming and charming smile, those astonishing bright brown eyes and her long "night" hair, but more than that, I felt attracted to her for how prepared, passionate and apparently touchy she was. So everything came to an end and I gave her that last hug that felt so warm, heart-breaking and sweet, I still think about her 'cause I'm not gonna see her again for who knows how much, I'm gonna be studying French still, but in another schedule, so she'll be lost from my view. Past the window are shades of brown, for all radiant hue has turned bleak under what's dark. I once knew not how dim it was but then my eyes opened and thats all I saw. I know of the rose and the butterfly I know of laughter and the achomplished dream. But their beauty is a memory, for I stare at it behind glass.

Why does it keep saying "audio jungle" (or something) at 58:46, for example? Ruins the ambience.
Audio jungle is a audio website but it lets you download tracks and try them without buying first but it sticks the ‘’audio jungle’’ watermark over the track as a sign its not licensed
It is at the end of a lot of her videos, especially the dark academia ones
