I think the best thing about that camping area is that although it feels remote, it's not far from other attractions, there seems to be a lot of places to visit nearby! The natural scenery of Lebanon is really beautiful, I also saw many beautiful houses in that village, thank you for sharing! 👍😃🙌

@@worldnomac tcharrafna lol la2... tcharrafet lol . i have some issues with some stuff like shou mabaddak etc or the ikun thing (lamma ykun) also why shu 3melet fiyyé but ma baddé yehoun for example etc... some grammar basics I think is essential as you don't know any other semitic language . it is quite different from English no needs for 1 year lol only 1 week or 2 ... in French there is manuel de parler libanais, probably there is some equivalent in English..also this is a big issue with natives they won't be able to teach it to you as it is natural to them (as you will have issues teaching english to a complete beginner)

some of these old houses were built during Ottomans occupation to Lebanon , therefore they used to make the doors too small , a way to protect them and defend the Ottoman invading the village to be able to enter these houses especially when they re on their horses.... these mountain villages as much as they are hospitable used to be tough resistants to foreign invadors .. the Ottomans have sieged these mountains and led one third of the lebanese to death of starvation ... the OTTOMANS had the strongest resistance in Lebanon , that is why they split few villages from Lebanon and annexed them to Damascus ( Syria ) in order to weaken the lebanese christian resistance .. these villages returned back to Lebanon after the Ottomans' defeat in 1920 in Sikes Picot agreement ❤
