FYI: To unsheathe the SnS you could've just rolled instantly after guarding. It's way faster and you don't risk doing the guard slash.
But then he might have run into the risk of innitiating a backhop which always ends in a sword attack.

he did it better than me, and i was actually attacking
11:26 was ridiculous aha, love those moments where your HP is extremely low and you're evading all the monster's attacks hanging on for dear life!

I saw the blue spark that comes with the Guard Slash for one frame before the ad so I knew what happened
I feel GS would be a good weapon for this. You could just Tackle only everything!

Kicking and tackling with greatsword doesn't use sharpness as far as I'm aware, so that might have made the challenge a lot easier

As another SnS main,watching you do the Hard Basher combo and not follow it up with a Round Slash than into a Perfect Rush was really frustrating xD
Well done completeing the challenge! I would've quit after the first hunt since doing perfect rush after hard basher is a hard stuck muscle memory move for me. Looking forward to your next vid.

It's supposed to be not lose sharpness whatsoever including blades attacks

I know im late, but to maximize dps when on sns, is bash 3 times then quickly shouryugeki and bash down... if played normally, after this i usually go for the rush
It's hilarious to me that instead of grinding HR to Fight tge easy Allmother, he just decided to do the Quest than some people consider to be the hardest quest in Base Rise
That was actually the meta way of playing SnS in base Rise. Thus I expected something like Guard Bash to come out…

are farcasters against the rules? cause that allmother fight where you where running out of potions you could have just farcasted back and stocked up on potions

Could have used kinsect attacks with the IG in a similar way to avoid sharpness loss
Did you ban kunai or didn't think of it because I'm pretty sure you can beat the whole base game including allmother with just them

That's the Guild Palace armour. Not sure what the helmet is from though, probably one of the knight sets.

It’s not that hard to not attack
They need to make a monster that uses like a acid effect that makes you bassikly loss sharpness when in the aria of affect and cases you to loss sharpness faster when you hit it.

dual blades make that easy if you mean not change colors.
Only problem is that you unlock this silkbind at master rank, so low/high rank is still a problem.
This is just shield attacks only run. And if you did protective polishthen it would be easier since after 90seconds you can just stop, sharpen and attack again för 90 seconds. This isnt really a challenge lol.
He didn't use protective polish to make it a challenge, bruh. If you're gonna complain you go post a video going thru Low and HR and MR taking no sharpness hits
