Love that they had such variety for meat/non meat/vegan audiences, i feel like you dont see that a huge amount. But I am surprised it got 4.3, with all the difficulties and disappointments this series, I guess especially from my perspective, 0 experience with Jamaican food I would be SO lost trying some of these recipes you mentioned you wanted to try, or even did try. But I guess thats my perspective/opinion instead haha and OLIIII AT THE END IM DYING

I think I was a bit more lenient on this, because I love the concept behind it and have tried a few different recipes that were lovely. I guess, because they have videos and tutorials online that give an extra bit of guidance I wasn't as hard on it as I could have been

Don't know if I could get past the lack of clarity really, my whole reasoning behind getting a cookbook is for it to tell me what to do in no uncertain terms 😅
