On my 2012 RZR 900 xp4 I had a no start issue. Pulled the line going to the injectors and there was very little fuel flow coming out when cycling the key on and off. So I proceeded to pull the fuel pump from the tank to change it and noticed that the little hard plastic fuel line that runs from the pump up to the white plastic mounting flange was cracked nearly in half in one spot. Removed it using a razor knife and replaced with some submersible rubber fuel line and the RZR is back to running like new.
You can start test by key on. But you’ll want a running test as well. Odds are if it won’t start it’ll be low pressure or contaminants in fuel like water
I have a 2008 polaris ranger it won’t start and the only way it will start if i press the gas pedal all the way in but wont stay idling if i let go of the pedal ?
take some brake cleaner and clean the throttle body and the little sensor inside a cage and it’ll run perfectly, i had the same problems until i found a video saying to do that
Man this is exactly what I’m going through now . I changed fuel and it runs better but it keeps dieing on me and back popping !
Mine runs the same way . 2018 ranger xp 1000. My fuel pressure is 58-60psi. Any thoughts? I bought a used throttle body and fuel injectors. No change.

Awesome job recognizing that and quick fix! This comment might help some people out and save them money! Thanks for the comment ! Lord bless you
why didn't you just use the test port at the end of the rail?
Hey D Turner did the fuel pump replacement fixed the issue?
On this one yes
Can't start mine...can I get accurate pressure reading at Schrader valve by just turning key... Or must I get it running
