Gurl, Michelin star, dining at the restaurant with such accomplishment... you're paying for an amazing food which were made by chefs who worked hard for years to craft their skills to the perfection. They don't owe yoi a big chair. Youre paying for a quality food, not just to stuff your face and sit in a big chair. Yes, accommodation is important but people in europe are not as big, it's not as common as ot is in US therefore majority of the places don't invest in such big seats. Maybe take something from this and make some changes in your life Youre the one who has a problem and got herself there.
I don’t think you realise that most people experience discomfort on a daily basis. Regular sized people still have physical ailments that you can’t necessarily see, like osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, joint problems, etc and just get on with things. I used to have anorexia and sitting in most chairs was unbearable for more than a few minutes, even cushioned ones. I had pressure sores from the firmness of a soft mattress I slept on. It wasn’t anyone’s duty to make sure I had extra padded chairs everywhere I went. I dealt with my illness and those problems are gone. Same would happen for you. If you have money to travel overseas and dine at a Michelin star restaurant, the power to improve your life lies in your own hands.
How would you like to work for free at your job everyday? I know I wouldn’t. In fact I would quit especially if I was the one footing the bill for absolutely everything. So she has a sponsored video where she can be paid. I don’t have a problem with it.

This is so honest. I love that you shared this. We all have pushed ourselves, struggled with balance, and had a hard time recognizing when we have to take a step back in order to keep going forward. Some of us aren't self-reflective enough to realize it and/ or willing to be open enough to share it. The last vacation I went on (which was one year ago this month), I walked out onto my brother’s deck and missed a step. Landed on both knees with the lower half of my right leg, pointed out. Two days in the hospital and then a 19-hour drive home, non-stop. From one hospital directly to another. Ended up with a tib/fib plateau break - three places. One year and three surgeries later, I’m walking with a walker. You wanna talk about therapy! I’m allergic to all pain meds, including Percocet, hydrocodone, gabapentin and everything else. Can’t even take Tylenol with codeine. Fun times.
The ONLY way I was able to regain my mobility and reduce my baseline pain after a complex break and 3 ORIF revision surgeries was by starting yoga. It's done more for me than therapy, physio, massage, dry needling, opiates and gaba combined. The only way to heal is to restore balance to the body as a whole. Started by doing 10 minute increments while seated on the floor and slowly got stronger from there. Recovery is possible.
For the woman who fell off the step I am 77 and just came back from a massive swimming session… so I am active. Somehow I was in my garage… tripped over uneven cement…., broke nose….. left wrist …sprained right knee and there was so much bleeding I really panicked. Went to hospital to check for brain bleeds So many Cat scans and tests…. So I feel for you….. sorry ….. hoe we both feel better soon.
Honestly, I can tell you that as someone who is disabled but is also plus size, as I've aged it's taken more and more to recover from anything. I tell you about this because I think for your body (or anyone's) the food poisoning was enough like having a disability to your system (for that time) that adding all the others on just overwhelmed your body and it couldn't help you with any of these things that, alone wouldn't be a problem, but all together they would probably knock out the healthiest of people! Just my thoughts!

Hello Anna, I’m so sorry that you got sick on your trip. You were so excited for this trip and looking forward to it. At least you’re better now and I’m glad you’re back home and feeling better. I just wish you would’ve been able to experience your trip and have a great time, maybe you can go again and enjoy everything I know I like to travel and I haven’t been hardly anywhere in several months. I think you would be great fun to go on a trip with you seem to be the type of person that can enjoy everything and bring a lot of excitement to a trip for that. I truly do like you a whole lot.
Anna, weirdly enough,it’s been on the U.K. news that there has been a massive outbreak of food poisoning symptoms in Spain etc. A lot of people have been really ill. Just wondering if you picked that up in Portugal.

I got food poisoning after visiting Portugal. We ate at a beautiful restaurant in Nazare then I had worst vomiting and diarrhea I’ve ever had. It was awful. Most definitely not the way you want to spend your vacation. I’m sorry things didn’t go well, but you can’t at least take it as the learning experience it was.

Omgosh! I totally feel ya' girl. Restaurants need to understand that 'arms' on chairs will possibly lower some clientele. I work at a Casino and it bothers me when I see that they have beautiful chairs (and even upgraded chairs twice since I've worked there) and 'still' have wrap-around-ish arms!! We cater mostly to the elderly... I mean, I am sure a lot of elderly people who like to gamble who might have a larger lower-section would love to be comfy enough to stay longer in front of a machine. A lot of businesses just don't think about these things. I always research restaurants before I go there.. looking for photos of the damn chairs! Even when I was my proper weight, I was bigger than a lot of peeps because I am taller and just bigger. ~ So sorry about those allergies and food poisoning! I can't imagine how miserable you must have felt. :(
I'm so sorry your trip didn't go swimmingly. Strangely, I'd just woke up, and today I'm having a conjunctivitis episode. Think I must have had a reaction.

@@Babybl86 👍
I got food poisoning after visiting Portugal. We ate at a beautiful restaurant in Nazare then I had worst vomiting and diarrhea I’ve ever had. It was awful. Most definitely not the way you want to spend your vacation. I’m sorry things didn’t go well, but you can’t at least take it as the learning experience it was.
Aww that is awful Anna Going Through All That You Did While On Vacation 😢Learn to be Kind To Yourself (When You Reach That Point of Over doing It) I just love your Energy Girl ❤❤
This is The Earth school. You learn as you go.
OMG the part about the chairs with arms - this is a constant problem for me - especially at restaurants - and to go through an entire meal balancing on one azz - uhgg!
Then how did she fit in a plane seat?
@@phillipsmom6252 she flew first class - I almost cannot fit in a plane seat and cannot afford first class - so frustrating
Gosh, sounded horrific! You coped much better than I would. Pleased you’re feeling better ❤

WTH?! 😂🤣 That’s some bad luck! But I’m glad you still had some fun and got to experience the different cities. Looked beautiful on Instagram 😍👍
OMG!! I didn’t even recognize you!
So glad you you’re doing better. Sometimes you just gotta roll wit it and find that silver lining. And I see you found it. Horses what a bummer.😢

This trip was one nightmare after another. I feel so bad you had to go through all that. All your trips little thing’s always going wrong, but this one was a doozy. At least you won’t forget this trip, and neither will your travel companions. Next one will be perfect.
Thank you. I appreciate the way you interact with us. ❤
The obstacle is the path
Plot twist " you girl is gonna throw up" 😂 you are hilarious!
This resonates a whole lot. Thanks for talking about these things!
As a 74 year old over achiever, pusher of body limits, I am still learning. I avoided knee replacement surgery since the beginning of the pandemic but now I am going to do it. It is very hard for me to accept help but now the knee rules my limits. I still feel like a failure when I need to accept help but I have to remember i deserve it. I guess I am still learning but damn, come June I will be there quarters of a century. I should know. But my life experiences has made it very hard to not be hard on myself. Good work on your continued growing and taking care of yourself.
I love your story time but Im sorry things went array. Such is life. You are a strong resilient woman and nothing can put you down. ❤ love the attituden
And the Spanish food is soooo Good!!❤❤❤
Love your outfit!
Seems like a contrived story to just push a sponsor.
@@cathyskywalker77she's on Ozempic?? Didn't know this..

I love your style. I wish you could help me clothes shopping. 😁🍁
Thank you so much for sharing your experiences! You really highlighted a couple of very good lessons we can all use to learn from and grow. You, as always, RULE!
So good!❤
I'm glad you feel better!❤
Resiliency, you need it while traveling, in my experience a trip that goes 100% as planned is rare...
Exactly 👍
After over a year as a subscriber, I can tell you that I have been proud, proud, PROUD of you--many times over. I have never been prouder than watching you grow. What makes me proud is the COURAGE you have shown in facing your healing. You've shown the MOST courage by sharing vulnerable moments with such transparency and honesty. WOW!
You are a remarkable woman, Anna. You really are. Your mission to free others and live by example is not just powerful, it's purpose-focused. Stay that way. There are many you have helped who never expressed that to you. You will never know the lives you have changed. I always say, "Many lives are affected by a single life changed."
Yeah. Your focus and determination serve you well. I'm proud to know you, my friend.

Stop the music. It makes your videos like everyone else’s. Silence is golden.
Maybe it's not the horse but something that was put on the horse to repel flies. I have a ton of allergies and this is why I can't ride my neighbor's horses. Hopefully that'll give you some hope to try again in a more controlled environment. Best of luck. Bless.
Oof, sounds like you may have got norovirus.
Great perspective! Yep, life happens!
Thank you for sharing ❤
R u using a mic? I can barely hear u😢
You are so amazing!❤..your lessons are my lessons.. what a beautiful, loving soul you are, to share the hard parts of growth. I can see your progress, inside & out! Thanks for walking with me, through the landmines of living! I'm proud of how this community can "duck & weave" together!❤❤❤❤
I want to go the next time you go! I don’t want to go by myself! 🥴😊🙏
❤❤❤❤ So sorry about all that happened . Make sure you check your allergies . Side bar… outfit info please looking fab !
You outfit rocks. I want to know where it is from also.
Being malnourished at 600lbs??😶😶😶
I just adore your videos
Well said!
This has to be most entitled, out of touch woman on the planet.
I'm turning 30 this year and I think that my #1 lesson in life thus far is that the greatest way to control your life is to always be adaptable. :) loved this vid- it was very relatable for my type A personality
That's wise.
I hope you get to do the trip again in the future, and get to enjoy everything
Oh a positive note - you look fabulous!
Love your outfit. You look so good. Keep doing whatever you are doing.
There is awesome book called Antifragility by Thaleb N. Your expirience is perfect fit for it:)
Hope you redo one day this trip and it's gonna be perfect!
Living for this outfit 😊❤
