Have fun! Careful at Brussels though, from my experiences, it’s like the Baltimore of the Benelux… ( very sketchy but has some nice areas)
@@The4905 Comparing Brussels to Baltimore is ludicrous and not even remotely similar. I am an experienced traveler and have connected, departed and arrived in Zuid multiple times, as a female solo traveler and never had a problem. With the very few exceptions, one always has to be aware of their surroundings, regardless of what train station you may find yourself. But to compare Brussels to Baltimore is not an honest comparison.
@@jojoin514 Well I've only been there once, maybe I'll change my opinion next time, but from what I gathered, Brussels was a cold and unwelcoming city devoid of European culture and pizzaz. also like way too overrated.
@@The4905 You've been there once and it shows. By your statement, it's clear you know nothing about Brussels. There's a saying that goes, "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything." Perhaps you should heed that advice and actually get to know the city.

You do understand I stand behind what I said right? Like sure if I don’t have anything nice don’t say anything at all but… I’m giving the best advice I COULD, so if I go again and change my opinion, then I’d be more lenient on Brussels but understand that I’ve only been so many places and in both Brussels and Baltimore I have had mediocre or terrible experiences in so I naturally connect the two. I don’t hate Brussels, I just think for all the fame it gets (being the capital and seat of EU parliament) it wayyy overrated.
